I mean being up 0.1 to 0.4 pounds (45 to 181 grams) per day isn't an emergency, it's just that only having ups this early in the year makes the spreadsheets look kind of ridiculous. So I'm probably closer to 330 (149.7 kg)      When I was cooking the bacon and eggs that I normally have for breakfast I accidentally touched the cornstarch and the stuff literally EXPLOADED every where. It had fell out of the cabinet, bounced off of the countertop, and landed on the floor. And I have to say that stuff is EVIL when you're trying to clean it up. (seriously God rested on the seventh day and the devil spent all of that day coming up with the idea of cornstarch cleanup) When I came home from work there was a layer over my entire living room. And the weight is trending upwards over the last couple of days. Trying not to worry about the daily fluctuations, but it does seem to be tracking up lately. The weigh in video this morning had the same weight as last weeks weigh in. I have lost 14 lbs (6.3 kg) this month, so the trending up might just be a bit of body recovering from the loss of that much and getting used to the new diet. So yes, it might bounce up a bit more, but I wont get too upset unless it bumps back up over 340 lbs (154.2 kg)      Google says that the size of eggs doesn't matter when you're frying eggs. The microwave didn't do the steak very many favors. It tasted good, but it was all kinds of dried out. I now have bits of meat stuck in my teeth      I think I figured out the source of these damn flies. And probably why my kitchen smells like rancid pee. A week or so ago I made a rack of ribs in the Instant Pot and I'm just now getting around to doing the dishes; I really need to do dishes a lot more often. This once a week or waiting until all of the forks and plates are used up really is just breeding flies and bad smells.      But...
