Weight: 327.0 lbs ( 148.3 kg) BMI: 42.0 Waist: 54 in (137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Cabbage Soup Dinner: Hamburger Helper Lasagna with Mozzarella and Parmesan Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Kroger Energy Shot, Powerade Zero Orange Sober Month 10 (Day 325)  I just could not get to sleep last night (Friday to Saturday) I was dead tired at the computer, but when I went to bed I felt like my eyes were bugging out of my head and I was wired for sound. Although I didn't sleep very well I was able to get up early enough to have breakfast and coffee. I was kind of worried that I would be able to do so. When I first go to work I was just dead tired but it was too busy to sneak away to get the Sugar Free Red Bull that I would normally drink at work (not sponsored) I was able to sneak in an energy shot. Weight: 357.4 lbs ( 162.1 kg) BMI: 45.9 Waist: 57 in ( 144.8 cm) WtHR: 77% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: X Dinner: Papa Murphy's Pizza Drinks: Pot of coffee, a couple cans of Coke Zero, 2L Diet Dr Pepper, Large Can Mikes Harder Black Cherry Lemonade      Was hungry for breakfast. I wasn't when I woke up, but by noon the bacon in my fridge was sounding pretty good.      Saw a picture on Reddit that was a piece of printer paper hanging in a Fridge that said, “You're not hungry, you're bored. Close the door.” That was a good reminder for most of the afternoon. I knew I was what I like to call, “Mouth Hungry” I was wanting flavor, I was wanting to eat something so that I would be eating something. Decided to start cleaning up the basement.
