Weight: 324.2 lbs ( 147.0 kg) BMI: 41.6 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: X Lunch: AI Chili Members Mark Hot Dogs Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Sugar Free Red Bull, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 372) Keto Day 2 I got to sleep pretty quickly last night, but the watch gave me a pretty low “sleep score” for last night because I woke up early and there seemed to be some updates during the night so it interrupted the tracking. I didn't wake up, but it didn't track my sleeping so it gave me a bad score because it didn't track any sleep several times over the night. I was able to wake up pretty good this morning before work. I was kind of worried as I was scheduled to come in at 7am which is quite a bit earlier than I usually work. I did buy a Sugar Free red bull the other day when I got groceries. Weight: 346.2 lbs ( 157 kg) BMI: 44.4 Waist: 58 in (147.3 cm) WtHr: 78.4% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Broccoli Soup Dinner: Bratwursts Drinks: Kroger Energy Shot, Sugar Free Red Bull, Monster Zero Ultra, Arizona Dt Lemonade Tea, Cayman Jack Margarita Sober Week 4 (Day 28) YMCA: X Woot, new record on days sober. Roommate did offer me a Cayman Jack Margarita, and I did accept. But I wont consider it breaking the streak. Because it's not like I'm drunk after one small can. Now if I were to go buy a case tomorrow and drink that, and then the next day, and then the next day. Yeah that's when I'm back in trouble. He tried to give me some advice on drinking, insisting that if I just moderate the drinking it won't be a problem. But he doesn't seem to understand I CAN NOT moderate.
