Weight: 344.2 lbs ( 156.1 kg) BMI: 44.2 Waist: 57.5 in (146.1 cm) WtHr: 77.7% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Baked Chicken Snack: Sea Salt Mixed Nuts Dinner: Bratwursts Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Week 4 (Day 30) YMCA: X Finally some progress on the waist. I know that it's going to be a “Vitamin P” kind of thing, but it would be nice if the waist line was as dynamic as the scale. I have noticed over the last couple of days the gut had been more “Saggy” and soft. Good news is that means I'm losing fat, bad news is that it's going to start drooping under my shirt if I'm not careful. But I'll take saggy gut over sore feet any day of the week. And on that point feet and shins felt amazing this morning. It sucked last night a screw came out of the back of my computer chair. I was able to put the screw back in. Weight: 334.4 lbs (151.7 kg) BMI: 42.9 Waist: 56 in (142.2 cm) WtHr: 75.7% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Beef Hot Dogs Dinner: Rib eye steak with garlic butter Drinks: Cup of Coffee Black with 1/4 tsp salt, a couple cans of Seltzer water of various flavors, 1500ml water Weeks Sober 3 (Day 26)      When I got up this morning my feet didn't hurt as much as they've had previously. I'm not sure if that is a sign of progress or not, but it is nice to stand up and not feel like the bottom of my feet are being Tased while being on fire. Legs were still a bit stiff and I had a pain in the back of my head but those went away as I got up and moving around.      I put a quarter teaspoon of salt into the coffee this morning because the entire teaspoon of salt that I had put in that cup was a bit too much.      I had decided to download the app that the doctor suggested to install to tack the eating habits. I really just spent it counting down until I have to get ready for work. That is a frustration that I have in my life. I never take the time to do anything, I just count down how much time I have left before I have to do something else. I do the same thing with money. I never save any, I just average out how much I have and how much I could spend each day to make it last until the next thing I have to pay for. But then it becomes more of a spending goal instead of a savings goal.      Another “fun” day at work. But at least I remembered that I was wanting cottage cheese for lunch. Or at least eating an entire bag of tortilla chips is bad for you. I am not feeling physically bad, not that bad mentally either. But the scale is moving up. My feet didn't hurt this morning, but I just think that's because I was sitting down all day yesterday. Kind of had a hard time waking up this morning, but that was more like “a body at rest” than anything else. But then again when I'm doing good on Keto I can jump out of bed before alarms even go off. It is an interesting coincidence that my weight got down the exact same lowest weight for last month and then went back up again. Didn't have much get up and go this morning. Not sure if that was because of the Mac and cheese last night, the cool cloudy weather, or just comfy bed. But I just couldn't get started today. I didn't have time to drink any coffee, so that might effect me during the day.      Today was a very slow day at the store. Which was strange as it is the first Saturday of the month and it is a very nice sunny day. We also had a lot of help at the store, the customer service manager told me a few weeks ago that she was going to start scheduling more people and I guess this is the result of that. There was almost like a residual ache. Normally, when waking up, the balls of the feet are like knives, and legs are like stilts. But not today! That's a great way to start the day! And normally, when I say those words, it's with heavy sarcasm. But no sarcasm today (not yet anyway)      It was snowing when I woke up this morning. And with the way my feet were feeling I was kind of wanting to walk to work. (I love walking when it's snowing) But by the time I got breakfast, showered, and other excuses I just didn't have the time. It's probably for the best.
