I still plan on making a Daily Blog post saying what I decided to eat and feel about each day. I'm thinking that if I make a post each week saying what I plan on eating during the week I'm more likely to stick to the food that I have planned out. I'm not sure what to call this <proposed> weekly post. I'm planning on making this each Tuesday since that's my allocated day off each week so that is the day that I have the most time to cook and make a recipe plan for the week. A week being seven days. This is purely speculative but I really stopped feeling good after eating the Nathan's Hot Dogs two days in a row and then a rack of the Kansas City Style Bake in Bag Ribs. And I'm sure that the Michelob Ultra didn't help much. My guess is that I had a reaction to the processed meat in the hot dogs and the “seasonings” on the “Bake in Bag” ribs might have stuff in them that break ketosis. Sure a “Serving” of those ribs might be fine, but I didn't eat “a serving” of that rack of ribs.” and had a hell of a lot more than “a serving” of the Michelob Ultra on Friday. Woke up today with a desire to get going, but brain was throbbing in my head. And the in the concept of “Mind, Spirit, and body” In my mind I was wanting to get going, but in my body my brain was throbbing, and by shins and ankles hurt, and spiritually I just feel...flat for a lack of a better term. Is this what depression is? I woke up with a lot of mental energy, but low emotional and physical energy. The lady who was scheduled to work 7 to 4 today had a funeral to go to so I traded her Monday for my Friday. I'm not crazy about waking up early (And yes waking up at 6am to get ready for work is early for me) but I was able to get up and get ready for work. I do want to start waking up earlier, but haven't been very good at it. I am kind of proud that I was able to get up at my second alarm. I'm wanting to get through the soda that I have now. And I think this will be the last soda that I buy for a while.

Makes me wonder if there are other stimulants in them. Also woke up with a nasty stinging headache, it wore off as I got up and started moving around.      Seems almost blasphemous, but I'm kinda getting tired of having bacon and eggs for breakfast everyday. I think next time I get groceries I'll pick up some sausages instead of more bacon. There is the option of skipping breakfast, but intentionally skipping breakfast just makes me obsess about food all day. Kept telling myself that I need to get up, but body just liked how the bed felt in the morning. This has been the case for a while. I really need to find a way to convince myself that I need to get up and going when I wake up, but I lay in bed all morning long telling myself of all of the cool things that I want to be doing, if I ever get up and going. But then I lay there until I have to get ready for work. When I did get up and moving this morning my legs were extremely stiff, and it felt like something took a bite out of the back of my left leg.
