Weight: 308.6 lbs ( 140.0 kg) BMI: 39.6 Waist: 52.5 in ( 133.4 cm) WtHr: 70.9% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Johnnsonville Double Cheddar Smoked Sausages Snack: Cashews Dinner: Rib-Eye Drinks: Monster, Sparkling Water,  Sober Year 1 (Day 511) Keto Month 2 (Day 74) (124/365 Days 2026 Keto) Wow, now that's going in the right direction. And it's nice that both the scale and waistline is measuring down. Typically lately when the scale is down the waist is up. Happiness is not a number on the scale/tape measure, but it is nice to have progress again. Not quite progress as I'm still up 1.8 lbs for the month, but down 12.9 lbs for the year. I didn't get around to making the post for Thursday night (Thursnight? hmm) as I did get off of work earlier than I normally would have, but I spent a lot of the evening editing the video that I posted today as I really am wanting to post the Friday Store Stories video on YouTube. Weight: 350.6 lbs (159.0 kg) BMI: 45 Waist: 58.5 in (148.6 cm) WtHR: 79.1% Breakfast: X Lunch: Cabbage Soup Dinner: Baked Chicken Drinks: Kroger energy shot, Sparkling water, four cans of the Diet Coke and Diet Dr Pepper. I seem to be out of the Diet Big K Forgot to pick up bacon last night. So no breakfast. Oh, well. Not really that hungry this morning anyway. I did the computer evaluation for the HR lady. She said that she'll call me on Tuesday to discuss the results of the evaluation. But it would be nice to have any kind of indication before than. I was kind of expecting a score at the end of each quiz. But no it would just say that the evaluation was complete and it would just go back to the list of remaining quizzes. So yeah, more than a little nervous for Tuesday. Is it strange that I'm more nervous about the report card than I was about the interview? Work was alright. Short staffed as always. But at least today we didn't have anyone yelling at us to open more...
