I was just flopping around all night long. I do remember my alarm going off at 8am. I blinked and then woke up at 10am. Today's weight is a good weigh in as it is the lowest weight of the year so far. Since I slept in and had a hard time getting up and going I didn't have time to drink as much coffee as I normally would have. I had the strip steak and eggs. I didn't get a chance to cook the eggs as thoroughly as I normally would have. The flavor of easy cooked eggs are good, but they're harder to eat in a hurry.
