Not sure if that's because I've been off and not walking around all of the time or because I'm back to the Keto. Last week my feet were hurting so I'm not sure that it's completely because of the diet. Here are some things that I had forgotten to mention yesterday because the evening caught up with me quite quickly: I had gotten a new Debit card in the mail and I was out of seltzer so I ran over to the store to activate the card and get more water. Out of habit I had used the store's app to pay for the water and I was heading out of the store when I caught myself and went to the ATM and activated my card.  And...

Daily Food Blog 8/10/18

Weight: 340.0 lbs Mood: Satisfied Breakfast: Fruit smoothie (Avocado, Spinach, Orange, Kiwi) 2 bacon cheddar patties with sliced cheese. Lunch: Deli Baked Chicken, sparkling water Dinner: 5 pack of bratwurst Notes: I didn't get the recipe videos done that I wanted to today mostly because I had a hard time waking up and getting going this morning. I have to say though once I got up and going as I walked to work I was a lot more mentally clear than I have been a lot recently. This lead credence to the thought I have had recently. The thought I have been having recently is the reason that I just can't seem to get anything done is the fact that I am just not getting up and moving. One of the reasons I had the burger patties with my smoothie this morning is that lately when I log my food for the day the apps are warning me that I am not taking in enough calories.
