And the days have been kind of mushing together again. My left foot really has not been happy. I know that I haven't been very good on my diet, but the shoes that I have now I have had for several months now and I think I'm due for a new pair.  Everyday when I wake up I tell myself, “Today, TODAY is the day that I'm going to get back onto the diet and plans” and then I start the day, and then, “well maybe tomorrow will be the day that I get back to it.” And then yesterday Mom shared a message saying that one of my cousins is in the hospital with Diabetic Ketoacidosis. I had absolutely no “go” this morning. This really was the kind of day where (when?) I was just kind of waiting for the day to end so I could just go home. I keep coming back to the idea that I need to get a “Grown Up Job” I just can't but wonder if I ruined everything by staying at the store for so long. People tell me that I have a good work history because I worked at one place for over 20 years. But now I'm 37 years old with no education, other experiences outside of working at a grocery store. I've been told that it's never too late to go back to school and get an education etc. But I barely have the money or mental energy to work at what I'm doing. IDK m

The first alarm went off at 6am and if I had a bit more drive I could have gotten up then. But the question of “Get up and do what?” didn't have an answer. I really do need to find an answer for this question. Maybe getting up and getting some exercise or something. Maybe learn to do some stretches. Because as it is alarms go off at six in the morning and I end up going back to sleep because bed is really comfy and I don't have any reasons to get up in the morning. I did get out of bed a lot earlier than I normally do. 7:45 compared to the usual nine or so. But thinking about it that might just be because of the recent daylight savings time c

Which is interesting because of how many caffeinated drinks I had yesterday. Had stayed up a lot later because I was watching Radio Dead Air. He usually streams on Monday night, but he wasn't feeling well so he decided to stream on Tuesday. I will try to go to bed earlier tonight.      Holy beans I woke up with ALL KINDS OF ENERGY today. A bit annoyed that it was 10am by the time I got up and going. And I'm not sure if it was the sleep quality (the health app showed that I got quite a bit of “Deep Sleep”), the Ketosis kicking in
