And the days have been kind of mushing together again. My left foot really has not been happy. I know that I haven't been very good on my diet, but the shoes that I have now I have had for several months now and I think I'm due for a new pair.  Everyday when I wake up I tell myself, “Today, TODAY is the day that I'm going to get back onto the diet and plans” and then I start the day, and then, “well maybe tomorrow will be the day that I get back to it.” And then yesterday Mom shared a message saying that one of my cousins is in the hospital with Diabetic Ketoacidosis.   Weight: 342.4 lbs ( 155.3 kg) BMI: 44 Waist: 56 in ( 142.2 cm) WtHr: 76% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Instant Pot Chili Dinner: Baked Chicken Drinks: 2 cups coffee, sparking water, 4x Milwaukee's Best ICE beers      I didn't quite get the chili done before I had to head to work. But the great thing about the Instant Pot (not sponsored) is that once it gets to the end of the time of it's pressure cooking it will depressurize and just keep the food warm. And the great thing about chili (not sponsored) is that the longer that it sits in low warmth the better the flavor gets. (I think that's how that works anyway)      Ran home for lunch to have some chili. And in the instant pot it's only supposed to be under pressure for 35 minutes and when I got home it was kept warm for three and a half hours. It turned out quite spicy. Could have used a bit of cheese. But in my opinion just about everything could use a bit of cheese.      Baked some chicken for dinn
