I was awake and moving around. I had finished breakfast and was watching a video interview on YouTube between Laura Spath and Dr Eric Westman. I noticed that it was 10:08 and I had to work 10 to 7. So I went from just sitting here kind of chilling to running out the door calling the store to tell them I'm on my way. I was glad that I was supervisor and wasn't taking over for somebody's lunch or something. First half of the day was pretty active. That wind is cold and blustery. It was sunny, but the wind was holding a grudge. There were some times when it was starting to get busy, but the Customer Service Manager really didn't seem to want me to be on a register....

Weight: 347.4 lbs (157.6 kg) BMI: 44.6 Waist: 58.0 in (147.3 cm) WtHr: 78.4% Breakfast: Leftover Queso Soup Lunch: Mega Salad Dinner: Pan Seared Rib Eye and Salad with shredded cheddar and ranch dressing Drinks: 2x 5 hour energy shots, 2L Big K Cherry Cola Zero, 2L Big K Caffeine Free Diet Cola,1900ml water Days Without Beer 2      I had to work early this morning. The lady who was scheduled to work 7 to 4 today had a funeral to go to so I traded her Monday for my Friday. I'm not crazy about waking up early (And yes waking up at 6am to get ready for work is early for me) but I was able to get up and get ready for work. I do want to start waking up earlier, but haven't been very good at it. I am kind of proud that I was able to get up at my second alarm. Usually I have five alarms on my phone and two on my alarm clock, even then it's a bit of a coin flip if I get up before the store calls me to ask where I am. Didn't have time to get breakfast before I had to get to ...

Weight: 361.4 lbs (163.9 kg) BMI: 46.4 Waist: 59 in (149.8 cm) WtHR: 80% Breakfast: x Lunch: Chili Cheese Fries, Double Cheeseburger Dinner: Steak, iceberg salad, steamed Brussels sprouts Soda:      Mountain Dew Zero 16.9oz: 2      Sunkist Orange Zero Sugar 16.9oz: 2      Diet Dr Pepper 16.9oz: 1      Pepsi Zero 16.9oz: 2 I have not been well lately. I'm going to be honest I've fallen into the trap of alcoholism. For some time I've been picking up a case/pack of beer after work, drink that entire case/pack of beer and then do the same the next day. I was drinking Michelob Ultra, because it said “Low Carb” on the side of the packaging. This led up to $16/per night every night (except for Sunday when you can't buy alcohol). So this stuff has been poisoning me mentally, physically, AND financially. I haven't yet noticed a physical “need” to have a beer, (although it's only been two or three days ...

Daily Food Blog 8/3/18

Weight: 344.6 lbs Waist: 55 in Mood: tired Breakfast: slept in, didn't get a chance for breakfast Lunch: 5x Cheddar Bratwurst Dinner: 2x Pork steaks (1.5 lbs), Couple of cans of Bud light, Brussels Sprouts, garden salad Notes: got called in early for work so I didn't get a chance to walk to work or get breakfast done, But I'm so desperate for hours at work I wasn't in a position to turn down any hours. I really didn't plan on having pork steaks for dinner, but I haven't had a chance to do dishes so I had to grill something and grilled chicken didn't sound that appetizing. But seriously I need to get on track on meal plans. If just for the sake of budgeting, just grabbing some steak after work because I didn't want the food I have isn't good for any of my strategies. My feet still hurt from walking to work yesterday. And working a split shift today didn't help much. Altogether I worked about 8 hours, which would hav...
