Very down for the year. But could still be better. Still debating on doing TMAD. Two Meals a Day. If I choose to do that should I skip Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner. Does it matter which one I choose to skip? How important is consistency in that? Is the idea of skipping meals to try to lose weight a eating disorder? The last post on here was the day before Christmas Eve. I told myself that I wasn't considering Christmas as a “Cheat Day” but the problem came when after Christmas I told myself, “Heck it's the end of the year anyway, why not?” and then, “Meh it's still early in the year.” And this last week I've been really struggling with a very heavy flare up of apathy. I've actually started feeling better after work this evening. I'm not sure if the feeling better is just the alcohol from last week's beer wearing off or what. But this is going to be a short post because I had to put so much creative energy into the weight loss video that I just made and the only thing that I would do is just repeat what I put into that video.
