Weight: 304.6 lbs ( 138.2 kg) BMI: 39.1 Waist: 52.5 in ( 133.4 cm) WtHr: 70.9% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Smithfield Pork Loin Apple-wood Smoked Bacon Dinner: Bratwursts Drinks: Apple Cider Vinegar Salted Coffee, Monster, Seltzer, Sparkling Water Sober Year 1 (Day 502) Keto Month 2 (Day 65) (115/365 Days 2026 Keto) Good drop on the scale this morning. Not quite as low as the record on Saturday, but still really nice. Great to notice that my left foot has stopped hurting. Not sure if that's because of the weight loss, the fact that I've been off of my feet a lot for most of the week so far, or a combination of each. But it is nice to walk around without limping and I can walk with the entire foot. Or I so I thought as later in the evening when I ran to the store to get a couple of things the foot really started twinging. I don't know if I'm sitting in the car wrong or something but it was feeling fine until I got in the car but not for long. Slow waking up...

Weight: 336.6 lbs Mood: Disappointed Breakfast: Vega Shake with 1 cup of milk Lunch: Baked Chicken (Breast, Wing, Thigh, Leg) Dinner: 5 pack of Cheddar Brats Snack: 2xBacon Cheddar Beef Burger Patties with cheese Notes: I had work the opening shift at work today so I didn't really get a chance to make a full fruit smoothie, but luckily I still had some Vega meal shake left over so that's what I had for breakfast. Can't really say that I have been hungry for breakfast, or at all really. I just had breakfast because I didn't want to risk getting “Hangry” at someone and snapping at the wrong person at the wrong time. And it turns out that the store was getting the annual audit this morning. And I can tell you I was very self aware that I had slept in too late to have a proper shower and the fact that I hadn't had a chance to get laundry done in a while. But I guess the audit went alright, in fact I seemed to really impress the distr...
