Weight: 338.8 lbs ( 153.7 kg) BMI: 43.5 Waist: 56 in (142.2 cm) WtHr: 75.7% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Fathead Lasagna   Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster Peachy Keen Sober Month 6 (Day 190) Had a hard time waking up this morning. I just kind of sat here at the computer counting down the time until I had to go to work. I worked Noon to Nine closing the Customer Service Desk instead of the normal 11a-8pm Supervisor shift that I usually do. I drank an entire pot of coffee, but I'm just sitting here zoned out. I had thought a couple of times that I need to get a plan together for what I'm going to cook on Tuesday for the weekly lunch. But then I zone back out. First half of the day went really smoothly. Not sure if I should write this down. This is being logged at lunch. I worked a 3:5 split so I went to lunch at 3pm and will have to work 4 to 9. I was conscious at 7am. But there is a big difference between awake and conscious. I didn't get up and around until closer to 9am. And by the time I got up, showered, and had breakfast there just wasn't enough time to go over there for a reasonable workout. I poked a bit at the 3d Printing software on my computer. It still isn't sending the file to the printer to so I can print off. A warning about the firewall did come up, but it went away before I could figure out much about it. Maybe that is the issue. I think it got all of the way up to 81 degrees (27 c) outside. Nice warm sunny spring day. (Even though spring starts next week.) Heh, you can tell if it was a boring day if I start talking about the weather. Really not much happened today. I'm going to keep the windows open for another couple of days as it looks like it's going to stay warm for a couple of days. It does look like it's going to get a bit chilly this weekend. I spent the last day or two working on a script for a Store Story video so I'm using up all of the writing creativity in that script.      I drank the Mt Dew this morning because it was what I bought the other day when my roommate gave me some money to get some burgers and chips. I was going to take it back to the store and switch it out for some diet mt dew, but I just drank it this morning. Because, meh, why not? Well, other than the crap ton of sugar and other chemicals in regular mtn dew.      For lunch I picked up a pack of Johnsonville Beddar with cheddar sausages.
