Weight: 331.6 lbs ( 137.2 kg) BMI: 42.6 Waist: 54 in ( 137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Johnsonville Beddar with cheddar sausages dipped in Queso Dinner: Kroger Cheddar Bratwursts dipped in Queso Drinks: Pot of coffee. ~4000 ml water      Got the weigh in video done this morning. Was kind of impressed that I was down from last week, but it was up 5 pounds from yesterday. I'm pretty sure that the up has to do with the clothes I wear for the videos. So I'm not too worried about the up today.      Was kind of annoyed when I got to work. I forgot my phone and my water bottle. But when I got to work there was a note on today's daily schedule saying that water bottles are not allowed at the registers. Technically this was always the case. But some of the managers looked the other way when someone had some water with them. But now they're cracking down on it.   Didn't get a chance to stand on the scale this morning Breakfast: Doritos w/Queso Lunch: Johnsonville Jalapeno Cheddar Sausages, Macaroni Salad Drinks: 2x Sparkling waters, 2x Kroger Energy shots, 2L Pepsi Zero Wild Cherry Dinner: Pork steaks      Finished off the Doritos and queso for breakfast this morning I forgot about the “Don't eat unless hungry” part of the plan. I'm not going to beat myself up about it very much. It is something that I do wish I would stick to. But I'm not going to hate myself if I don't stick to it.      Macaroni Salad sounded really good during lunch. A coworker that I've told that I am wanting to do a low-carb diet asked me if macaroni salad is low-carb. I don't think that they were trying to call me out, or be snarky or anything. Weight: 357.6 lbs (162.2 kg) BMI: 45.9 Waist: 58in ( 147.3 cm) WtHR: 78.3% Breakfast: X Lunch: Doritos with queso and hot dogs Drinks: 2x Kroger energy shots, Sparkling water, 4x Milwaukee's Best Dinner: WAY TOO MUCH spaghetti      Wasn't hungry for breakfast. And again, I am going to try avoiding eating if I'm not hungry. “Food is fuel” you don't put more gas in the car if the tank isn't empty.      THESE FLIES ARE GOING TO DRIVE ME INSANE! I'm not sure if it's the weather changing, or if it's that I just let my house get that bad. But when I'm sitting at my computer they are constantly swarming around my head. Strange that there are more flies around my computer than there are in the kitchen where the dirty dishes are. But I can't wait for it to get cold enough to kill these bastards off. I read online that cinnamon is one of the things that repels flies so I sprinkled that around my desk, and when I got back from the restroom I saw a fly
