Weight: 326.8 lbs ( 148.2 kg) BMI: 42 Waist: 53.5 in (135.9 cm) WtHr: 72.3% Breakfast: Strip steak and Eggs Lunch: KC Strip Steak Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull, Kroger Energy Shot Sober Month 8 (Day 262) Keto Week 2 (Day 17) I did not sleep very well last night. I was just flopping around all night long. I do remember my alarm going off at 8am. I blinked and then woke up at 10am. Today's weight is a good weigh in as it is the lowest weight of the year so far. Since I slept in and had a hard time getting up and going I didn't have time to drink as much coffee as I normally would have. I had the strip steak and eggs. I didn't get a chance to cook the eggs as thoroughly as I normally would have. The flavor of easy cooked eggs are good, but they're harder to eat in a hurry. I didn't have any beer, but I did have some fried chicken for lunch and frozen pizza for dinner. This is supposed to be a Keto/Sobriety blog. I guess I could have just made a “Sobriety” post. But this started off as a Keto Blog and it kind of felt strange to write: “Welcome to my usually Keto Blog...” Another challenge that I couldn't overcome was yesterday was the last day of work before I went on vacation this week so when I got home all of ME just kind of shut down. Weight: 333.2 lbs ( 151.1kg) BMI: 42.8 Waist: 55.5 in ( 141 cm) WtHr: 75% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Deconstructed Pizza Casserole , Kroger Sour Cream and Cheddar Chips Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: coffee, several cans of Big K Cherry Cola Zero Sugar      Weight has been up for the last couple of days, wanting to tell myself to not worry about the daily ups and downs. I hear a lot of people online to not to do a daily weigh in because whenever it is up you'll drive yourself mad trying to figure out the reason that it is up. I'm going to guess that the reason is that I'm still processing the case of beer that I drank on Tuesday. But I'm trying to take the couple of days of ups too seriously, I don't plan on drinking any more beer, and I've made a lot of progress this year. So if I get bummed out by the day to day weigh in I'll look at the spreadsheet of the whole year. (I have a lot of spreadsheets) But looking at the spreadsheet for the year Feb...
