Wow that makes me think of all of the stuff that has happened in the last 10 years. And these last 10 years have been crazy. Wind is blowing like crazy today. But I guess that should be expected with it going from 98 degrees yesterday to 65 degrees today. I didn't have any beer, but I did have some fried chicken for lunch and frozen pizza for dinner. This is supposed to be a Keto/Sobriety blog. I guess I could have just made a “Sobriety” post. I hear a lot of people online to not to do a daily weigh in because whenever it is up you'll drive yourself mad trying to figure out the reason that it is up. I'm going to guess that the reason is that I'm still processing the case of beer that I drank on Tuesday. But I'm trying to take the couple of days of ups too seriously, I don't plan on drinking any more beer, and I've made a lot of progress this year.
