I didn't have any beer, but I did have some fried chicken for lunch and frozen pizza for dinner. This is supposed to be a Keto/Sobriety blog. I guess I could have just made a “Sobriety” post. But this started off as a Keto Blog and it kind of felt strange to write: “Welcome to my usually Keto Blog...” Another challenge that I couldn't overcome was yesterday was the last day of work before I went on vacation this week so when I got home all of ME just kind of shut down. Weight: 333.2 lbs ( 151.1kg) BMI: 42.8 Waist: 55.5 in ( 141 cm) WtHr: 75% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Deconstructed Pizza Casserole , Kroger Sour Cream and Cheddar Chips Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: coffee, several cans of Big K Cherry Cola Zero Sugar      Weight has been up for the last couple of days, wanting to tell myself to not worry about the daily ups and downs. I hear a lot of people online to not to do a daily weigh in because whenever it is up you'll drive yourself mad trying to figure out the reason that it is up. I'm going to guess that the reason is that I'm still processing the case of beer that I drank on Tuesday. But I'm trying to take the couple of days of ups too seriously, I don't plan on drinking any more beer, and I've made a lot of progress this year.
