Weight: 351.0 lbs ( 159.2 kg) BMI: 45.1 Waist: 58 in ( 147.3 cm) WtHR: 78.4% Breakfast: Bacon Lunch: Artichoke Bacon Chicken Soup Dinner: Baked Chicken Drinks: coffee with cream Had to do a bit more dishes before I could cook breakfast. Running low on bacon. The call I was expecting discussing the scores for my computer skills test came as an email. The data entry scores were quite high, which makes sense for someone who has been a cashier for WAY too long. The words per minute was at 29 net wpm. Which is not great, but not terrible. My Excel knowledge was at 71% which kind of bummed me out because a 71% is a C- score, but the lady with the HR group said that the scores aren't “A,B,C,D” and a 71% is really quite good. And I scored 81% on my MS Word quiz. Which I feel is a good score either way. This afternoon I helped change some light bulbs for Grandma. I live in a very blessed family. Everyone I know always complains about their interactions with their family, but I have y

Weight: 351.4 lbs ( 159.4 kg) BMI: 45.1 Waist: 57.5 in ( 146.1 cm) WtHR: 77.7% Breakfast: x Lunch: Cheesy Ramen Dinner: Mac and Cheese with bits of Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs mixed in. Drinks: can of Diet Pepsi, 2x Sparkling water Didn't have a clean pan to cook any bacon for breakfast. Tried to get dishes done before work, but it didn't happen. Did think about walking to work this morning. The weather that we're going to have this week is my favorite kind of weather. Dark, cool, and a bit rainy. That is perfection to me. But then reality reminded me that my feet burn like crazy even when I am driving the two miles to work. Maybe if I lose enough weight eventually I can get back to the point where I can walk to work again. But in the 350's (>159kg) I don't think that would be a good idea. Used the last packet of Ramen for lunch. :( Going to have to wait til payday to pick up another box. I know that Ramen isn't great for my diet, but it's go

Bit of a Scare on the Way Home from Work Daily Weigh In 10/23/2022

Weight: 351.2 lbs ( 159.3 kg) BMI: 45.1 Waist: 58in ( 147.3 cm) WtHR: 78.4% Breakfast: x Lunch: Cheesy Ramen Dinner: Bratwursts Drinks: Kroger energy shot, Sparkling water, couple cans of Diet Coke and Diet Dr Pepper I got a weigh in video done this morning. Not a great weigh in compared to the last couple of days, but really not bad compared to the last weigh in video. Didn't get video done in time to make breakfast before work. Made the first half of work last a long time. What really caused the first half of work to be REALLY LONG was the fact that I had forgotten my phone at home. I know that I really shouldn't be playing with my phone at work, but leaving the phone at home really makes for a long day. Particularly each time the hand brushes past the phone pocket and I think about how I need to run home on my lunch break to grab my phone. Ran home for lunch and my phone. That's when I uploaded the weigh in video. I got the editing done this morning, but had to

Weight: 348.4 lbs (158.0 kg) BMI: 44.7 Waist: 58 in (147.3 cm) WtHR: 78.4% Breakfast: Bacon Lunch: Cheesy Ramen Dinner: Baked Chicken Drinks: several cans of diet Coke and diet Dr Pepper, sparkling water, Kroger energy shot woo-hoo! Under 350lbs (159kg). That's what happens when you pay attention to what you eat. I did take a moment to run to the store to grab some bacon for breakfast. I also got some coffee filters, but didn't have time to drink an entire pot of coffee before work. Cheesy Ramen for lunch. Is Ramen Keto? It might be by the time I get done putting cheese in it. (That was a joke, Mom) I only have a couple of packs of Ramen left. I am looking forward to having more. Cheesy Ramen, but I really shouldn't have a need to buy any more. Work was typical BS, had a couple of people call in. One person I honestly don't know why she bothers working. She is just full excuses whenever she even bothers showing up, but today she called in with a note from her c

Weight: 350.6 lbs (159.0 kg) BMI: 45 Waist: 58.5 in (148.6 cm) WtHR: 79.1% Breakfast: X Lunch: Cabbage Soup Dinner: Baked Chicken Drinks: Kroger energy shot, Sparkling water, four cans of the Diet Coke and Diet Dr Pepper. I seem to be out of the Diet Big K Forgot to pick up bacon last night. So no breakfast. Oh, well. Not really that hungry this morning anyway. I did the computer evaluation for the HR lady. She said that she'll call me on Tuesday to discuss the results of the evaluation. But it would be nice to have any kind of indication before than. I was kind of expecting a score at the end of each quiz. But no it would just say that the evaluation was complete and it would just go back to the list of remaining quizzes. So yeah, more than a little nervous for Tuesday. Is it strange that I'm more nervous about the report card than I was about the interview? Work was alright. Short staffed as always. But at least today we didn't have anyone yelling at us to open more

Weight: 353.4 lbs (160.3 kg) BMI: 45.4 Waist: 57.5 in ( 146.1cm) WtHR: 77.7% Breakfast: Bacon Lunch: Goulash Dinner: Queso Soup? Drinks: a few cans of diet coke and diet Dr Pepper, 4 cans of Milwaukee's Best ICE Beer, sparkling water, Kroger energy shot, I feel that the phone interview went alright this morning. But I am REALLY not comfortable talking about myself in a promotional manner Interviewer: What's your strengths Me: Durrr Interviewer: What's some of your weaknesses Me: Duhhhh I feel that these are reasonable and regular questions. But when I'm trying to describe myself I just go immediately into. “Me is am no talking goods” I was so focused on the phone interview this morning that I almost forgot to do the blog post. The call only took about 20 minutes but I was just sitting here processing all of the “should have said” and “could have said” thoughts when I was starting to get hungry. I debated for a bit whether or not to finish off the bacon I had in

Kind of a boring day October 19, 2022

Weight: 355.4 lbs (161.2 kg) BMI: 45.6 Waist: 58 in (147.3 cm) WtHR: 78.4% Breakfast: Bacon Lunch: Goulash Dinner: Pork Steak/ Mac and cheese Drinks: several cans of Coke, Pepsi, and Big K Diet sodas, Kroger energy shot, Sparkling water Overcooked the bacon a bit, but at least this time I didn't almost burn the house down. Work was okay, we actually had everyone show up today. Still understaffed like crazy. Was oddly crazy busy. I don't know why it's been so busy this last week or so. The only thing that I can think of is that now that autumn is in full swing the sun is starting to do down earlier and when people see the sun going down they freak out and run to the store. Even though the store is open till 10 every night. But that's just how people think/act. I know that the Mac and cheese is about the opposite for the Keto diet that I keep saying that I want to be doing. But I was planning on using some boneless chicken thighs that I had left over from the last t

Perhaps getting back into it Oct 18, 2022

Weight: 351 lbs (159.2 kg) BMI: 45.1 Waist: 58 in (147.3 cm) WtHr: 78.4% Breakfast: Bacon Lunch: X Dinner: Bratwursts Has it really been almost an entire month since I last payed attention to what I ate? I didn't wake up planning on starting up this blog again. But I was talking to my Mom on the phone about helping her setting up the house that she just moved to and she mentioned my beer habit. And that's when I noticed that I hadn't had any for a while. I just kept looking at the price of the beer and that kept me dry. After I got off the phone with her I thought I might as well start this up again as well. It might keep me on the right path once my fiances clear up.   Anyway I was going to have bacon and eggs for breakfast, but I am all out of eggs. My sister-in-law sells the eggs that her chickens lay, I might check in with her to see if I can buy some from her. Sunday night I finally got around to counting out the meals that I have in my freezer and making a meal p
