The scale was glitching again this morning. I admit that I had used the lowest number that it had listed, but it was the most consistent number that it gave. It was quite cold in the apartment this morning. It's late October so I shouldn't complain that we still haven't had a hard freeze yet. But it would have been nice to have a heater. I'm sure that the landlord will be out as soon as we call him to have it fixed. But Roommate said that he would be the one to call him and I'm ...

I thought the scale was glitching, but the weight was consistent for several times I stepped on it. Slept in a bit so I wasn't able to do anything before work other than get breakfast done. The sleep tracker says I didn't fall asleep until after 3am which was strange because I even went to bed a little early. But it was 9:30 before I could wake up, and I still felt tired.  I was slow getting up to the front of the store as I had today and tomorrow mixed up and I had thought that I was supervisor all day, and I didn't think anybody was waiting for me to come up. But 328.2 lbs (148.8 kg) seemed to be the most consistent number. If I were to cherry pick it would have been 315.2 lbs (143 kg) THAT would have been nice, but would have been very dishonest. And it wouldn't have done me any favors. I did get around to taking inventory of the freezer and making a meal plan for the week. I was going to try to keep this next grocery run to be under $75, but it looks like the stocking up is going to be a bit expensive. So I think this Tuesday's trip I'm going to do the regular $150. I was kind of nervous when this started this as I was thinking that they were maybe trying to get rid of me, but the other full time people have also had their hours cut. So I was scheduled 12-8 instead of the usual 11-8. Unfortunately the schedule being off kind of threw off my routine, so all I was able to do was count down how much time it was until I had to leave for work. I'm guessing that the weight jump today was because of how much seltzer that I drank last night as I was really quite thirsty.  Breakfast was a pork steak and eggs. Which was a really good number. The waist is also gone down a bit as well. I had noticed that the gut seemed to be a big “saggier” (a bit amazed that saggier is an actual word) Had some moments when the lower part of my gut had gotten uncomfortable against my belt. But only when I sit down too long.
