I just kind of sat here at the computer counting down the time until I had to go to work. I worked Noon to Nine closing the Customer Service Desk instead of the normal 11a-8pm Supervisor shift that I usually do. I drank an entire pot of coffee, but I'm just sitting here zoned out. I had thought a couple of times that I need to get a plan together for what I'm going to cook on Tuesday for the weekly lunch. But then I zone back out. First half of the day went really smoothly. Not sure if I should write this down. This is being logged at lunch. I worked a 3:5 split so I went to lunch at 3pm and will have to work 4 to 9. Interesting Correlation Daily Blog 1-7-2023

Weight: 341.8 lbs (155 kg) BMI: 43.9 Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm) WtHr: 77% Breakfast: X Lunch: Hot Dogs Dinner: Chicken Alfredo Drinks: sparkling water      Laid around a bit too much before work so I didn't get breakfast done. Interesting that each day this year that I stuck to my Keto diet the next day I weighed less than I did before. But the day after I gave into a craving for pasta I weighed about a pound and a half (almost 3/4 of a kilo) more than I did before. Not that long ago the phrase “Correlation does not imply causation” was going around the internet. And I know that there will be ups and downs in daily weigh ins, but it is still interesting the day after I ate WAY too much pasta I ended up having the first weigh in that I weighed more than I did the day before. First Day of Fall! 9-22-2022

(Dancing around). And today has the perfect weather for it. I'm kind of chuckling that the high temperature went from 93 F (~34 C) to 60 (~15C) It would be nice if it stayed that way for a while but after tomorrow the temps are going to jump back up to the 80's (>27 C) I guess it beats the temps in the upper 90's (upper 30's C) that we were getting over the last couple of months. I wasn't going to turn the heater on, but last night I had opened up the windows to enjoy the cool down. So this morning when I woke up it was 50 (10 C) something degrees outside, therefore it was that cold in my house. Yeah, I flipped that heater on real quick. And trust me I DO NOT need that. Especially now that I'm using my phone to record my YouTube videos, and double especially I'm too poor to buy a new phone. I think if I ever broke my phone I would just collapse into a puddle on the floor. This cricket in my house can go all of the way to hell.
