Weight: 323.0 lbs ( 146.5 kg) BMI: 41.5 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Johnsonville Jalapeno Cheddar Smoked Sausages Dinner: Hormel Pork Loin Lemon Garlic Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 371) Keto Day 1 Spent quite a bit of the morning updating the weigh in Spreadsheets for 2026. That was a really good weight this morning. Bit of a frustration with the waist, but still down 3.5 inches (2.5 cm) for the year. As Christmas Day is on Thursday this year I'm getting paid on Wednesday so I did the grocery shopping yesterday so the check will clear tomorrow. So I usually do the grocery shopping while Roommate is at his weekly medical appointment, but as I already did my grocery shopping yesterday I just came home and waited for him to call. Brunch: Chicken Alfredo

Lunch: Deli Baked Chicken, a bit of diet Pepsi

Dinner: Fathead pizza, 25oz can Natural ICE beer

Notes: I've been clumsy lately and nearly dropping my phone a lot. And trust me I DO NOT need that. Especially now that I'm using my phone to record my YouTube videos, and double especially I'm too poor to buy a new phone. I think if I ever broke my phone I would just collapse into a puddle on the floor. This cricket in my house can go all of the way to hell. I'm pretty sure that it was chirping the entire time I was recording my video for the Fathead pizza. Burnt the ever living hell out of the crust, but I'll add notes in the video. Kind of buggered the Keto diet for the brunch, but that was the last of the pasta that I had. There is a saying in my family: You're either wasting it in the waste or on your waist. And I have to say wasting it on my waist tastes better, but now I am going to be going and sticking with the Keto diet. Didn't get around to getting a meal plan together. But I don't have a lot of hours tomorrow and I should have time to get an inventory and meal plan together, that is if I get done recording and editing the videos I want to get done.

Tonight I had to work until 11 pm so I was tired while I was trying to get things done, so that slowed me down as well.
