Weight: 309.0 lbs ( 140.2 kg) BMI: 39.7 Waist: 53 in ( 134.6 cm) WtHr: 71.6% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Bratwursts Dinner: Member's Mark Hot Dogs Drinks: Salted Coffee, Monster, Sparkling Water, Sober Year 1 (Day 558) Keto Month 3 (Day 118) (168/365 Days 2026 Keto) I did NOT sleep well last night. I was hyper energized all day yesterday. Had a bit of a crash out when it was time to go to bed. Then at about 3am my brain and body were like, “Okay, we've slept enough.” The sleep tracking app said I fell asleep at around 1:15 and I woke up at 3am with the energy level that I usually have at 8am. I knew that this wasn't going to work so I really did try to get back to sleep. I put ASMR Historian, Astrum, and other relaxing science videos and really took the effort to try to get to sleep but ended up flopping around all night. Brunch: Chicken Alfredo

Lunch: Deli Baked Chicken, a bit of diet Pepsi

Dinner: Fathead pizza, 25oz can Natural ICE beer

Notes: I've been clumsy lately and nearly dropping my phone a lot. And trust me I DO NOT need that. Especially now that I'm using my phone to record my YouTube videos, and double especially I'm too poor to buy a new phone. I think if I ever broke my phone I would just collapse into a puddle on the floor. This cricket in my house can go all of the way to hell. I'm pretty sure that it was chirping the entire time I was recording my video for the Fathead pizza. Burnt the ever living hell out of the crust, but I'll add notes in the video. Kind of buggered the Keto diet for the brunch, but that was the last of the pasta that I had. There is a saying in my family: You're either wasting it in the waste or on your waist. And I have to say wasting it on my waist tastes better, but now I am going to be going and sticking with the Keto diet. Didn't get around to getting a meal plan together. But I don't have a lot of hours tomorrow and I should have time to get an inventory and meal plan together, that is if I get done recording and editing the videos I want to get done.

Tonight I had to work until 11 pm so I was tired while I was trying to get things done, so that slowed me down as well.
