Weight: 338.8 lbs ( 153.7 kg) BMI: 43.5 Waist: 56 in (142.2 cm) WtHr: 75.7% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Fathead Lasagna   Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster Peachy Keen Sober Month 6 (Day 190) Had a hard time waking up this morning. I just kind of sat here at the computer counting down the time until I had to go to work. I worked Noon to Nine closing the Customer Service Desk instead of the normal 11a-8pm Supervisor shift that I usually do. I drank an entire pot of coffee, but I'm just sitting here zoned out. I had thought a couple of times that I need to get a plan together for what I'm going to cook on Tuesday for the weekly lunch. But then I zone back out. First half of the day went really smoothly. Not sure if I should write this down. This is being logged at lunch. I worked a 3:5 split so I went to lunch at 3pm and will have to work 4 to 9. The challenge of the first half of today was that I wasn't supervisor I was s...

Naughty Lunch Sobriety Blog Jan 25, 2025

Weight: 347.0 lbs ( 157.4 kg) BMI: 44.5 Waist: 57.5 in (146.1 cm) WtHr: 77.7% Breakfast: Johnsonville Jalapeno Cheddar Smoked Sausages Lunch: Fried Chicken Drumsticks, Pringles Dinner: Chuck Steaks Drinks: Sugar Free Red Bull, Kroger Energy Shot, Kroger Seltzer, 1.25 L Diet Pepsi, Celsius Energy, Sober Month 1 (Day 39) YMCA: X Not down to where I started the year at, but under the average for the year. Waistline is making progress, but it's hard to get as excited about the waist as it is the weight. I keep reminding myself that, “Happiness is not a number on the scale, or the measuring tape” Happiness would be standing up without having to build up the courage to brace for the oncoming pain in the feet. Walking around without cringing in pain. Or the mind improving. Kind of ironic that I'm writing this after work and can't think of a way to expand on that point. But I am feeling that my mind/mood has greatly improved over the last couple of weeks. I worked earlier tha...

Trying to get back to it Blog April 17, 2023

Weight: 337.8 lbs ( 153.2 kg) BMI: 43.4 Waist: 56 in ( 142.2 cm) WtHr: 75.7% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Johnsonville Jalapeno Cheddar Sausages Dinner: Red Baron Supreme Pizza, Cheddar and Sour cream chips, French Onion dip (I'll diet tomorrow) Drinks: 1/2 Pot of coffee, couple cans of Diet Pepsi and Diet Mt Dew, 2x Kroger Energy Shots      I haven't been doing the daily blog for the last week or so. Last week I took advantage of the four for $15 sale on the 12pk soda. And over the last several days my brain just went to mush. I'm thinking of doing a research video on how artificial sweeteners effect the brain and mood. I had thought that the caffeine in the soda was effecting my sleep patterns. But the smartwatch that I wear tracks how much sleep I get and it didn't look like I was getting less sleep compared to the previous week. I was getting less “deep sleep” than previously, but I don't tend to get very much deep sleep. (Probably because I drink energy...

October 24, 2022 Daily Blog

Weight: 351.4 lbs ( 159.4 kg) BMI: 45.1 Waist: 57.5 in ( 146.1 cm) WtHR: 77.7% Breakfast: x Lunch: Cheesy Ramen Dinner: Mac and Cheese with bits of Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs mixed in. Drinks: can of Diet Pepsi, 2x Sparkling water Didn't have a clean pan to cook any bacon for breakfast. Tried to get dishes done before work, but it didn't happen. Did think about walking to work this morning. The weather that we're going to have this week is my favorite kind of weather. Dark, cool, and a bit rainy. That is perfection to me. But then reality reminded me that my feet burn like crazy even when I am driving the two miles to work. Maybe if I lose enough weight eventually I can get back to the point where I can walk to work again. But in the 350's (>159kg) I don't think that would be a good idea. Used the last packet of Ramen for lunch. :( Going to have to wait til payday to pick up another box. I know that Ramen isn't great for my diet, but it's go...

Kind of a boring day October 19, 2022

Weight: 355.4 lbs (161.2 kg) BMI: 45.6 Waist: 58 in (147.3 cm) WtHR: 78.4% Breakfast: Bacon Lunch: Goulash Dinner: Pork Steak/ Mac and cheese Drinks: several cans of Coke, Pepsi, and Big K Diet sodas, Kroger energy shot, Sparkling water Overcooked the bacon a bit, but at least this time I didn't almost burn the house down. Work was okay, we actually had everyone show up today. Still understaffed like crazy. Was oddly crazy busy. I don't know why it's been so busy this last week or so. The only thing that I can think of is that now that autumn is in full swing the sun is starting to do down earlier and when people see the sun going down they freak out and run to the store. Even though the store is open till 10 every night. But that's just how people think/act. I know that the Mac and cheese is about the opposite for the Keto diet that I keep saying that I want to be doing. But I was planning on using some boneless chicken thighs that I had left over from the last t...

Daily Blog May 3, 2022

Weight: 351.6 lbs (159.2 kg) BMI: 45.1 Waist: 58 in (147.3 cm) WtHr: 78% Breakfast: Egg Stuff Lunch: “” Dinner: Nachos Soda: Diet Pepsi mood: relived I did NOT sleep well last night. I wrote that I drank a 2 liter of Pepsi zero on yesterday's blog, but after I posted that I drank the better part of a 2 liter of diet Pepsi, and WOW. I flipped and flopped until probably 4 in the morning. I really need to stop drinking pop. The money I withdrew from my stocks landed in my checking account before the checks I wrote to pay my electric and gas bills last week. That was my main concern for the last week or two. Sure I technically had enough in my checking account to account for those two checks. But it was getting TIGHT. It got so tight I had even suspended my YouTube plus subscription. I thought about turning it back on, but no watching a month of ads on YouTube is going to be my punishment for letting my finances get so bad. Made a video on how to make Egg Stu...

Daily Blog 9-2 (ish) -19

9-2 (ish) -19 weight: 341.8 Waist: forgot to measure, but I doubt it changed much BMI: 43.9 Brunch: Chicken Alfredo Lunch: Deli Baked Chicken, a bit of diet Pepsi Dinner: Fathead pizza, 25oz can Natural ICE beer Notes: I've been clumsy lately and nearly dropping my phone a lot. And trust me I DO NOT need that. Especially now that I'm using my phone to record my YouTube videos, and double especially I'm too poor to buy a new phone. I think if I ever broke my phone I would just collapse into a puddle on the floor. This cricket in my house can go all of the way to hell. I'm pretty sure that it was chirping the entire time I was recording my video for the Fathead pizza. Burnt the ever living hell out of the crust, but I'll add notes in the video. Kind of buggered the Keto diet for the brunch, but that was the last of the pasta that I had. There is a saying in my family: You're either wasting it in the waste or on your waist. And I hav...

Daily Food Blog 9-1-19

Weight: 343.2 lbs (155.7 kg) Waist: 56 in (142.2 cm) BMI: 44.1 Breakfast: (X) Slept in and didn't get breakfast done. I did manage to get a weight in video recorded Lunch: 4 piece Baked Chicken some left over diet Pepsi Dinner: Spaghetti (I know it's not Keto, I'm just cleaning out my cabinet, I'm going to get a meal plan together tomorrow morning) 1.25 L diet Pepsi I love when the first of the month is a Sunday. It makes for a good excuse to get back into what you want to be doing. It just kind of makes since to have the first day of the month, the first day of the week, and the first day back on the diet. Got a weigh in video doe and uploaded. It would be nice to get in the habit of getting videos done. I love the feeling of uploading and getting videos done. I feel that I should be saying more, but I can't think of anything to say. And far too many people talk without having much to say. And I am tired, so I'm going to go to bed. ...

July 23, 2019 Daily Blog A bit Ramble-ly

Weight: 338 lbs? (153.3 kg) Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) BMI: 43.4 Mood: trying Breakfast: Pot of Coffee Lunch: 5pk Kroger Cheddar Bratwurst, Bacon Ranch Dressing, 1.25 L Diet Coke Afternoon Snack: Leftover Pepperoni (approx 5oz) Dinner: can of Campbell's Chunky Soup Classic Chicken Noodle, 1.25 L Diet Pepsi Notes: Trying this again. Not sure if anyone cares, or if I should even bother. I tell myself that I'm doing it to get in the habit of counting calories. But I rarely get very driven to keep up on this. I would “like” to do keto. But that does take a bit of doing to get into the habit of eating certain things. And a lot of my problems in general is getting into a habit of doing things. My main problem is the sin of Sloth. I spend way too much time just sitting around waiting for things to get better. I'm starting to get the hint that it's not going to “just get better.” So I need to get up and start MAKING it better. Scale is ac...

Weight: 331.6 lbs (150.4 kg) Waist: 54.5 in (138.4 cm) BMI: 41.4 Mood: tired Breakfast: Pot of Coffee, Taco Chili Lunch: 4 Piece Fried Chicken Dinner: 5 pack of Kroger cheddar bratwurst 1.25 L Diet Pepsi It was probably not a good idea to drink an entire liter of Diet Pepsi before bed. I did manage to go to bed at a reasonably decent time last night as I went to bed around midnight. I'm trying to get eight hours of sleep per night. But I just could not fall asleep. I was just tossing and turning until about 4. And then woke up around 8. But I am writing this part around noon. And I still can't seem to get going Today was rough. It was really hard to get past the “autopilot” I worked 2-11 today and I'm glad that most of the time I was a cashier and he hour or two I was a FES I am thankful that it was slow. I think the main problem that I am having is that I just didn't sleep as much as I should have this week. Monday night I accidentally br...

Weight: ? Waist: ? BMI: ? Breakfast: Velveeta Ultimate Cheeseburger skillet dinner Lunch: Zuppa Toscana https://www.galonamission.com/slow-cooker-low-carb-zuppa-toscana-soup-keto-friendly/ Dinner: leftover Velveeta Ultimate Cheeseburger Skillet Dinner 1.25 L Diet Pepsi I didn't get the idea of posting today until later in the evening, and I didn't weigh myself this morning. Earlier this week I had dropped my phone which effectively destroyed it, luckily I had phone insurance so I could replace it quickly. (It still cost $200 which sucks some serious nuts) An interesting thing about this new phone is that since it's the same make and model of phone (Samsung Galaxy S8) it knows all of my Apps (or at least most of them) So a lot of them are already downloaded and a lot of them remember my Biographics so all of the histories are already saved. But this is a good excuse to re-get into getting serious about Calorie Counting. Which I am catching myse...
