Sure it is lower than the beginning of the month, and WAY lower than the beginning of the year. But come on, I want to go back to being under 300 lbs (136.1 kg). I did manage to post last night close to the 11pm goal that I want to do, but then I played with spreadsheets for a while after that. I was scolding myself that I posted early because I want to start reading in the evening, not give myself more time working with spreadsheets. But when I did finally get to the book I came to the realization that I probably shouldn't have tried restarting my reading hobby with a Victorian English novel. It was a quart to midnight and I'm trying to wrap my h...

Weight: 350.8 lbs ( 159.1 kg) BMI: 45 Waist: 58.5 in (148.6 cm) WtHr: 79.1% Breakfast: Johnsonville Jalapeno Cheddar Smoked Sausages Lunch: Cordon Bleu Soup Snack: Kroger Meat Sticks Dinner: Rib eye Drinks: Salted Coffee with Cream, Sugar Free Red Bull, Sugar Free Monster, Kroger Energy Shot, Kroger Seltzer Sober Month 1 (Day 38) YMCA: X I'm a bit annoyed at Cox Communications. I try to pay all of my bills on the 4th Thursday of the month. But they don't release their statement until the 24th, today is the 23rd. So I'll have to wait until tomorrow to finish paying my bills.  Grrr.  Who I'm really annoyed with is Verizon. Every month since I got this phone back in September the bill had been $140.92 each month. But today the bill was $141.18. When I click on the “examine bill changes” it just says “increased $0.26” No reason, it's just more this month, than it was last month. And the estimated bill for next couple of months is going to be $152.29. No reason, no ex...

Weight: 350.2 lbs ( 158.8 kg) BMI: 45 Waist: 58 in (147.3 cm) WtHr: 78.4% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs with Salsa Lunch: Baked Chicken Dinner: Rib Eye Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sober Day 2 YMCA: X Elbows and knuckles are popping and cracking like crazy. I don't think I'm in Ketosis just yet as I had Velveeta Dinner yesterday for lunch err, “Lunch” as the first time I ate yesterday was at 4 O'clock in the evening. I had bratwursts for dinner later in the evening. I had picked up the dinner when I was doing the weekly shopping. I fell to the temptation of the glorified mac and cheese. I did manage to fight off the temptation of the beer. I tried to make a recipe video of Bacon and Eggs. But the once again I half cremated the bacon. The first half of the cooking turned out alright. But when I turned it over I let the bacon cook for too long. And the pepper container I have is one of those really big containers and it's starting to run low so all of the peppe...

Weight: 350.6 lbs (159.0 kg) BMI: 45 Waist: 58.5 in (148.6 cm) WtHR: 79.1% Breakfast: X Lunch: Cabbage Soup Dinner: Baked Chicken Drinks: Kroger energy shot, Sparkling water, four cans of the Diet Coke and Diet Dr Pepper. I seem to be out of the Diet Big K Forgot to pick up bacon last night. So no breakfast. Oh, well. Not really that hungry this morning anyway. I did the computer evaluation for the HR lady. She said that she'll call me on Tuesday to discuss the results of the evaluation. But it would be nice to have any kind of indication before than. I was kind of expecting a score at the end of each quiz. But no it would just say that the evaluation was complete and it would just go back to the list of remaining quizzes. So yeah, more than a little nervous for Tuesday. Is it strange that I'm more nervous about the report card than I was about the interview? Work was alright. Short staffed as always. But at least today we didn't have anyone yelling at us to open more...
