True it is technically the first day of Winter, but today is the day that the sun starts coming back and it starts to have more light during the day. A couple of days ago Grandma had messaged me telling me that some of her lights had started to come off of her house so I went over this morning to put her lights back up. Well, it was technically morning, but I had a bit of a hard time getting the momentum going this morning. And it was noon by the time I got the single line of lights back up. Weight: 347.6 lbs ( 157.6 kg) BMI: 44.6 Waist: 57.5 in (146.1 cm) WtHr: 77.7% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Chili Dogs (lol it took me three tries to not spell it “Chili Gods”) Dinner: Baked Bratwursts Drinks: Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sugar Free Dr Pepper, Busch NA Sober Month 1 (Day 36) YMCA: X Slow wake up today. Feet didn't hurt, so that was nice. But had a hard time building momentum. It is comfortably warm in the apartment, which I THANK CHRIST for. A couple of years in a row the heater has had issues. Landlord is really good at coming out and fixing problems as soon as I report them, but I REALLY wouldn't want to wake up to the “Arctic Polar Vortex Blast” that we've been having for the last couple of days with the heater crapped out. It is so cold my mom is even cussing about it. Speaking about the arctic polar vortex, I'm feeling sorry for the people in the south of the country. Weight: 347.6 lbs ( 157.7 kg) BMI: 44.6 Waist: 58 in (147.3 cm) WtHr: 78.4% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Mac and Cheese with Hot Dogs Dinner: Christmas Gathering With Family Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Raspberry Iced Tea Snack: A couple of “European Cookies” Sober Day 5 YMCA: X I wore the other pair of pants that I bought yesterday. These do have accessory pockets but oddly they have zippers on them. I don't see myself zipping these up too often. These pants have a oddly tight fit around my calves. I'm sure that they'll wear in as well. Another odd thing about them are the front pockets are oddly deep and go straight down. It's nearly up to my elbow deep. And the back pockets are strangely wide. So it's kind of hard to get my wallet out while I'm sitting down. They also seem to smell quite good to dogs, as the roommate's dog has been randomly shoving it's cold nose up against my legs all day long. Very not very good with the diet today...
