Weight: 326.5 lbs ( 148.1 kg) BMI: 41.9 Waist: 54 in (135.9 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: AI Chili Dinner: Chuck Roast Green Beans Bagged Salad Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull, Kroger Energy Shot Sober Month 11 (Day 355) Keto Day 4 Weight was a little up from yesterday, but down compared to the day before I was looking over the receipt from yesterday's shopping again just to see if that $17 off of a $170 order was on there and it just wasn't there. I thought I was going in a few minutes early to get that coupon situation corrected. Thankfully the lady working customer service this morning was the cashier who rang me up yesterday. I doubt that she remembered that exact coupon but she remembered that I used coupons and that none of the coupons that I used had any errors. I'm sure that it helps that she knew who I am and I have a good reputation so she went ahead and gave me credit for the coupon. What was f...

Weight: 347.6 lbs ( 157.6 kg) BMI: 44.6 Waist: 57.5 in (146.1 cm) WtHr: 77.7% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Chili Dogs (lol it took me three tries to not spell it “Chili Gods”) Dinner: Baked Bratwursts Drinks: Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sugar Free Dr Pepper, Busch NA Sober Month 1 (Day 36) YMCA: X Slow wake up today. Feet didn't hurt, so that was nice. But had a hard time building momentum. It is comfortably warm in the apartment, which I THANK CHRIST for. A couple of years in a row the heater has had issues. Landlord is really good at coming out and fixing problems as soon as I report them, but I REALLY wouldn't want to wake up to the “Arctic Polar Vortex Blast” that we've been having for the last couple of days with the heater crapped out. It is so cold my mom is even cussing about it. Speaking about the arctic polar vortex, I'm feeling sorry for the people in the south of the country. Weight: 347.6 lbs ( 157.7 kg) BMI: 44.6 Waist: 58 in (147.3 cm) WtHr: 78.4% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Mac and Cheese with Hot Dogs Dinner: Christmas Gathering With Family Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Raspberry Iced Tea Snack: A couple of “European Cookies” Sober Day 5 YMCA: X I wore the other pair of pants that I bought yesterday. These do have accessory pockets but oddly they have zippers on them. I don't see myself zipping these up too often. These pants have a oddly tight fit around my calves. I'm sure that they'll wear in as well. Another odd thing about them are the front pockets are oddly deep and go straight down. It's nearly up to my elbow deep. And the back pockets are strangely wide. So it's kind of hard to get my wallet out while I'm sitting down. They also seem to smell quite good to dogs, as the roommate's dog has been randomly shoving it's cold nose up against my legs all day long. Very not very good with the diet today...
