A body at rest tends to stay at rest. And I have been “resting” way too much. It is frustrating that I can't seem to get the energy to do anything outside of going to work and sitting at my desk watching YouTube. But I just can't seem to get anything done. My “Sabbath” is supposed to be on Tuesday. And the last week or two I've worked on Tuesday. And had a different day off. And lately I've only had one day off per week. A bit tired to come up with much to say. I realize that not all of my blog posts are going to be massive walls of texts. Something I do have to say is that my knees, shins, ankles, heels, and arches are really reminding me about that diet that I want to be on. I have a 1 liter bottle of ice that I keep in the freezer for my feet. I haven't had to use it for a while though. I wonder if my feet hurt because I was running the self checkout today.
