Weight: 321.8 lbs ( 145.9 kg) BMI: 41.3 Waist: 53 in ( 135.9 cm) WtHr: 71.6% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Southwestern Detox Soup   Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 390) Keto Day 6 (9/365 Days 2026 Keto) I noticed that when I woke up this morning my legs weren't stiff and sore like they have been in the past. There have been days in the past when I woke up I would have to wobble around like I was walking on fiery stilts until my legs loosened up. This morning I wasn't exactly dancing around, I was able to get up and get going quite easily and there wasn't any pain. I'm sure that I'll be limping by the end of the evening. It was nice to get up and not have to sit back down with a painful gasp. It was exciting to see the down on the scale again and seeing that it's only 0.3 lbs (~5oz <136 g>) from the weight at the beginning of the year. Weight: 357.6 lbs (162.2 kg) BMI: 45.9 Waist: 58in ( 147.3 cm) WtHR: 78.3% Breakfast: X Lunch: Doritos with queso and hot dogs Drinks: 2x Kroger energy shots, Sparkling water, 4x Milwaukee's Best Dinner: WAY TOO MUCH spaghetti      Wasn't hungry for breakfast. And again, I am going to try avoiding eating if I'm not hungry. “Food is fuel” you don't put more gas in the car if the tank isn't empty.      THESE FLIES ARE GOING TO DRIVE ME INSANE! I'm not sure if it's the weather changing, or if it's that I just let my house get that bad. But when I'm sitting at my computer they are constantly swarming around my head. Strange that there are more flies around my computer than there are in the kitchen where the dirty dishes are. But I can't wait for it to get cold enough to kill these bastards off. 8-6-2021 Trying to start this up again

Weight 357.6 BMI: 45.9 Waist: 57.5 WtHr: 78% Breakfast: -X- slept in Lunch: Italian Sandwich from deli (sans bread) Sugar Free Monster Energy Dinner: Grilled Cheddar Bratwursts, Ranch dressing (used as a condiment) 12 pk Corona Hard Seltzer   I've heard (several times, from multiple sources) that skipping breakfast is a way to continue the state of “fasting” which is a way that your body relies on its fat deposits. But lately, to be honest, I've been just lingering in bed until I determine that I've laid in bed long enough and I really need to get up. I really need to get more motivated in my life. I have so many things that I want to do, and work on. There really isn't a valid excuse for me to not do anything until I have to go to work.
