Pretty standard boring day. Scale was up a bit, but again, just a tenth of a pound, not much to get bothered about. When I was cooking breakfast Mom told me that she was going to have dinner at a Church Meeting so I'd be on my own for dinner. Baked bratwursts for lunch. They were a bit overcooked again. Ran Self Checkout for a couple of hours and was Supervisor the rest of the day. It was pretty active today, but looking back it was strange that it wasn't more busy as it was the last Monday of the month. Didn't feel bad or sick or anything. It's just that sleep just didn't happen. I wonder if it had anything to do with the couple glasses of soda that I had at Grandma's Christmas party. I'm not usually affected (effected?) by caffeine, but lately I've been avoiding any caffeinated drinks in the evenings. But although I had a hard time getting to sleep, I was able to get out of bed fairly easily this morning. I had a bit of a Christmas Miracle this morning. Under 350lbs (159kg). That's what happens when you pay attention to what you eat. I did take a moment to run to the store to grab some bacon for breakfast. I also got some coffee filters, but didn't have time to drink an entire pot of coffee before work. Cheesy Ramen for lunch. Is Ramen Keto? It might be by the time I get done putting cheese in it.
