So won't be able to say much in this post. But good to see the weight finally go in the right direction. Didn't track time very well this morning so I didn't have time to cook anything for lunch today. So I grabbed some hot dogs, pork rinds, and queso for lunch. I don't know why it took so long for me to try the combination of pork rinds and queso. There was a crazy lady at the store. She spent about four hours shopping up two whole cart loads of groceries with two little children I feel bad for the kids trapped in the cart with the crazy lady. Didn't feel bad or sick or anything. It's just that sleep just didn't happen. I wonder if it had anything to do with the couple glasses of soda that I had at Grandma's Christmas party. I'm not usually affected (effected?) by caffeine, but lately I've been avoiding any caffeinated drinks in the evenings. But although I had a hard time getting to sleep, I was able to get out of bed fairly easily this morning. I had a bit of a Christmas Miracle this morning. Under 350lbs (159kg). That's what happens when you pay attention to what you eat. I did take a moment to run to the store to grab some bacon for breakfast. I also got some coffee filters, but didn't have time to drink an entire pot of coffee before work. Cheesy Ramen for lunch. Is Ramen Keto? It might be by the time I get done putting cheese in it.
