Weight: 319.1 lbs ( 144.7 kg) BMI: 41.0 Waist: 54 in ( 137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Johnsonville Jalapeno Cheddar Smoked Sausages Dinner: Strip Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 393) Keto Week 1 (Day 9) (12/365 Days 2026 Keto) Exciting that today was another down day on the scale. It makes it look like I'm actually making progress and yesterday wasn't just a glitch or one off. I'm not sure if that trend will continue, but it is exciting to “beat” the lowest weight of last year so early in this year. Started out the morning cleaning out the oven. I do have to say that worked out a lot easier than I was expecting to. It was kind of hard as the oven door doesn't come off like in a lot of ovens referenced online in the “how to” videos, or at least I couldn't figure out how to take it off and the positioning of the shelving unit in the corner across the oven made it hard to reach the back left...

Didn't feel bad or sick or anything. It's just that sleep just didn't happen. I wonder if it had anything to do with the couple glasses of soda that I had at Grandma's Christmas party. I'm not usually affected (effected?) by caffeine, but lately I've been avoiding any caffeinated drinks in the evenings. But although I had a hard time getting to sleep, I was able to get out of bed fairly easily this morning. I had a bit of a Christmas Miracle this morning. Under 350lbs (159kg). That's what happens when you pay attention to what you eat. I did take a moment to run to the store to grab some bacon for breakfast. I also got some coffee filters, but didn't have time to drink an entire pot of coffee before work. Cheesy Ramen for lunch. Is Ramen Keto? It might be by the time I get done putting cheese in it.
