I know that it's going to be a “Vitamin P” kind of thing, but it would be nice if the waist line was as dynamic as the scale. I have noticed over the last couple of days the gut had been more “Saggy” and soft. Good news is that means I'm losing fat, bad news is that it's going to start drooping under my shirt if I'm not careful. But I'll take saggy gut over sore feet any day of the week. I was a bit hesitant. Supposedly eating Black Eyed Peas at midnight is good luck for the new year. I've only tried it a couple of times. Including 2018, and 2020. Let's just say that those weren't very lucky years. But the beans turned out pretty good. These do have accessory pockets but oddly they have zippers on them. I don't see myself zipping these up too often. These pants have a oddly tight fit around my calves. I'm sure that they'll wear in as well. Another odd thing about them are the front pockets are oddly deep and go straight down. It's nearly up to my elbow deep. And the back pockets are strangely wide. So it's kind of hard to get my wallet out while I'm sitting down. They also seem to smell quite good to dogs, as the roommate's dog has been randomly shoving it's cold nose up against my legs all day long. Very not very good with the diet today...

The last several days I've woke up with a bit of a headache and some other “unwellness” stuff but they usually go away when I get up and moving. Today however the feet, ankles, and knees were just pain all day today. I'm seeing online that Keto can cause a deficiency in potassium and magnesium and that can cause cramping and pain in the muscles. I think I'll be adding those supplements to the shopping list for next week. With the recipe videos that I recorded yesterday and the inventory I took of the freezer, I am stocked up with food for the next month and a half. So if I stick with the discipline for the next month and a half the only food I'll have to buy is bacon, coffee, and cream for said coffee. And the only dishes I'll have to do is cleaning off the pan I cook bacon in and rinsing off the bowls/silverware of the leftovers. That is if I have the discipline to stick with this plan. I really do want this to be a weekly series, but I just can't seem to get around to doing it.
