Weight: 334.6 lbs ( 151.7 kg) BMI: 43 Waist: 54.5 in (138.4 cm) WtHr: 73.6% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Taco Casserole   Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee with cream, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Red Bull, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Month 6 (Day 197) Keto Day 2 Playing Minecraft last night was really strange they had updated the lighting effects and it was really strange to have shadows in Minecraft. It was kind of neat how the torches let out a soft orange glow. But a lot of the “day” in the game had really bright haze over everything to simulate bright sunlight. So it really only looked right in the morning and during the evening when the sun was low in the game. I worked later in the afternoon than I usually do. (1-9 instead of 11-8 or 12-9) but I really wasn't very productive this morning. I really just spent the time before work starring at the financial program that I use to track and plan my spending. Weight: 329.4 lbs ( 149.4 kg) BMI: 42.3 Waist: 54.5 in (138.4 cm) WtHr: 73.6% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs   Lunch: Basic Chili  and Potato Chips Dinner: Mac and Cheese and Hot Dogs Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer,5 Hour Energy Shot Hawaiian Breeze Sober Month 5 (Day 161) Woo back on track. I've been hard bingeing Oblivion over the last several days so I didn't take the time to make much progress on anything else. I had started a new play through so I can truly track all of the locations that I've discovered and that did put me in a bit of a funk as I was up to 60 hours on the last play through and restarted and all of that time was just wiped out. And starting that again kind of hurt. But this play through I've found 139 locations but only cleared 24 of them. That's 43% locations found but only 7% of the locations cleared. Weight: 329.4 lbs (149.4 kg) BMI: 42.2 Waist: 54 in (137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bar-S Jumbo Jumbos Instant Pot Chili Shredded Mexican Cheese Lunch: Goulash Dinner: Fathead Lasagna Drinks: Kroger Seltzer Water Strawberry Lemonade, “”Cranberry Lime Sober Day 4 UP FOUR TENTHS OF A POUND! UP FOUR TENTHS OF A POUND! My God what is the meaning of this!!!!!! Just kidding, I'm still down 3 lbs for the month and 9.2 lbs for the year. I'm not going to be too broken up about 4 ounces.  Roommate came in this morning. When he got in he asked to run by the store to get snack food for the week. I took the chance to fill up on Bratwursts, Chicken, and Seltzer Water. I also got the ingredients for some “Fathead” Lasagna. It was a rather expensive trip for just buying one recipe along with Bratwursts and Chicken. But then again, the freezer is getting rather full. Weight: 329.4 lbs ( 149.4 kg) BMI: 42.3 Waist: 54.5 in ( 138.4 cm) WtHr: 73.6% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Pork Steak Dinner: Baked Chicken Drinks: Pot of Coffee, several cans of Caffeine Free Diet Big K cola, and several cans of Big K Orange Zero      Had a really exciting moment when I first stood on my scale this morning. It was reading 325 ( 147.4 kg)! but the reader was flickering a lot. Losing 6lbs (2.7 kg) over night would be exciting, but it's more likely that there's something up with the scale. So I decided to check under the scale to make sure that it wasn't sitting on anything. Strangely enough there was a bit of a tortilla chip lodged in one of the feet of the scale. That would explain why the scale was acting strange. The real question is where the heck that chip came from. I haven't had nachos in months. Maybe God is telling me that I really need to get off my butt and get this house cleaned up. Without the mysterious chip the scale read as 329.4 (...

Sagging Gut Daily Blog January 24, 2023

Weight: 329.4 lbs ( 149.4 kg) BMI: 42.3 Waist: 55 in ( 139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Hamburger Sausage Alfredo Dinner: St Louis Style Pork Ribs (baked) Drinks: Pot of coffee, Tap water      Excited to still be under the goal. Haven't updated that goal just yet. I have 10 pound milestones and it is still too close to the 330 (149.7 kg) goal to be satisfied that I am past that goal. Waist is still in the mid fifties, but I noticed myself lifting up on the gut because it seems to be resting on the area under the gut more often. So it does seem to be making progress, (which I do appreciate) it'd just be nice if that progress was in the circumference and not just in the slack. I can measure the circumference, I don't know how to measure the sagging of the gut.      Breakfast again was bacon and eggs. This is four strips of bacon and three fried eggs. I'm kind of getting tired of fried eggs. I was only able to eat two of the eggs. ...
