I slept considerably better last night than I did the night before. The night of Saturday going into Sunday I just couldn't fall asleep. I'm not sure what the issue was, new pillows? New bed? New Room? But I was flopping around without sleep. The bed is King Sized, but I kept finding the edge of the bed and had to keep pushing myself back from the edge and kept getting tangled up in the blanket. I did start getting things done later in the evening, but I didn't realize that it was that close to midnight when I was wrapping up the post for yesterday and it was 11:59 when I was done writing in the writing program that I use on my computer so I didn't have the time to post it. I'm not sure if it was because I was still recovering from the sinus issues that I was suffering from last week. I did manage to finish and schedule the upload of the Archive video that I'm planning on for the January Archive video. Didn't feel bad or sick or anything. It's just that sleep just didn't happen. I wonder if it had anything to do with the couple glasses of soda that I had at Grandma's Christmas party. I'm not usually affected (effected?) by caffeine, but lately I've been avoiding any caffeinated drinks in the evenings. But although I had a hard time getting to sleep, I was able to get out of bed fairly easily this morning. I had a bit of a Christmas Miracle this morning. But still there is a frustration in sleeping in so late. When I finally did get around to getting up I really didn't feel all that hungry. Dr Berry and other influencers suggest that you should only eat when only truly hungry. I'm not sure if that was because I had over eaten last night or because I just haven't discovered what it is to be truly hungry. But when I did get around to getting up I just didn't feel like eating anything.
