Weight: 331.6 lbs ( 150.4 kg) BMI: 42.6 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Instant Pot Chili Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull Sober Month 10 (Day 317) It is amazing how quiet it is in the morning. I'm guessing that it's easier to put energy (heat) into an area than it is to take it out of an area (Air Conditioning) so the heater doesn't have to work as hard as the air conditioner so the heater is not on as much as the AC. I found the tape measure. Surprise, surprise it was on my desk next to where my coffee cup was from yesterday.  When I got to work the manager told me to cover the hours of a guy who had just gotten rehired. There is a attendance point system that I don't feel like going into right now and he was late and called in too many times and was fired. He was able to talk his way into getting rehired, and now I'm covering his hours for the next three hours...

Weight: 331.8 lbs ( 150.5 kg) BMI: 42.6 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Keto Paleo Gumbo   Dinner: Pork Ribs Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull Sober Month 10 (Day 309) God that was so satisfying this morning paying all of the bills off. It's been since March since I've been pushing bills around and pulling all of the money out of savings to just keep up with the previous months bills. I had always had the current months bill payed off by the end of the month, but that had always left the next month bill already due because the month had just started. So I finally have the months bills payed before the month started. So I'm technically double paying the internet bill and paying the car insurance at the beginning of the month and again at the end of the month so it looks like the car insurance and internet bill are double the regular amount, but all of the bills are payed for November and the...

Weight: 331.8 lbs ( 150.5 kg) BMI: 42.6 Waist: 54 in (137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs   Lunch: Fried Chicken, Macaroni Salad Dinner: Hamburger Helper Beef Noodle with cheese Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull Sober Month 9 (Day 291) I was scheduled to work 10-7 today so I didn't have much time to do much before work this morning. Of course I could have woken up before 8:30, but that's just the time I usually wake up. And being scheduled an hour earlier than I normally am just kind of threw off all of the morning. Frustratingly I had forgotten my watch when I left for work. So I spent the entire day staring at my wrist trying to figure out what time it was. And wow a wrist watch really comes in handy when being a supervisor. It's not hard to come across a screen with a clock on it, but it is a lot easier when it's actually on your wrist. And of course I had to work a 5/3 split so I had to spend the longer pa...

Weight: 331.8 lbs ( 150.5 kg) BMI: 42.6 Waist: 54.5 in (138.4 cm) WtHr: 73.6% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Snack: Bacon Cheddar Member's Mark Hot Dogs Lunch: Baked Chicken   Dinner: Pork Ribs Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Unsweetened Tea Sober Month 9 (Day 271) Keto Week 3 (Day 26) I was going to make steak and eggs for breakfast this morning, but I didn't have any butter. I did buy some butter and aluminum foil this afternoon and when I added the spending to the comparison spreadsheet that I started that compares this years spending to last years spending I was kind of encouraged because this day last year I had spent $30 on Beer and Velveeta dinner. As opposed to today's $8 on butter and foil. Who knows, maybe I'll get to a point where I spend less this year than last year.  I heard the freezer fan buzzing against the ice in the freezer again so I decided to go ahead and thaw out the freezer again. I figured that it'd be better to thaw it out before the ...

Weight: 331.8 lbs ( 150.5 kg) BMI: 42.6 Waist: 54 in (137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Stuffed Bell Pepper soup   Dinner: BBQ Chuck Roast Drinks: Salted Coffee with Cream, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull, Powerade Zero Orange Sober Month 7 (Day 235) Keto Week 2 (Day 18) Spent the entire morning checking and rechecking the bank balance. As of 11:45 no sign of the check being returned or any overdraft/return check fee. Still holding my breath on that. The lady from the bank yesterday might be right about them skipping the fee because the paycheck came through before Midnight last night/this morning. But the paycheck still shows as “Pending” but the Rent check doesn't show as pending anymore. So I'm still budgeting for the $29 fee. I haven't told Roommate or Landlord yet because if it goes through it isn't going to bother anybody.  I stood on the scale before breakfast, but was too distracted by financials to measure the wais...

Weight: 331.8 lbs ( 150.5 kg) BMI: 42.6 Waist: 54 in (137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Baked Chicken   Dinner: Rib Eye Drinks: Salted Coffee with Cream, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Month 7 (Day 226) Keto Week 1 (Day 9) I keep getting distracted from writing on this today. I keep staring at the Financial program like something is going to jump out at me. I'm experimenting with a “transfer” into the “Cash” account. I'm going to record an “allowance” that is going to be expressed as a “transfer” into the Cash account each week and as I spend money over the week I'll subtract the amount spent from the transfer for next week. I'm kind of tired to explain the thought process very well, and the attempt went on for way too much of a ramble. I had some ingredients left from the last time I made the Paleo Keto Gumbo  and some other ingredients had digital coupons on them so I took that as a sign to make another batch for the lunch this wee...

First Day Back from Vacation Daily Blog May 28, 2023

W eight: 331.8 lbs ( 150.5 kg) BMI: 42.6 Waist: 57 in ( 144.8 cm) WtHr: 77% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: AI Beef Soup Dinner: Baked Chicken Drinks: most of a pot of coffee, ~3600 ml water             Spent all day thinking that I'm going to get back into the daily blog thing. I was scheduled to work at noon to 9 this evening, closing the customer service desk instead of the normal 11am to 8pm as Supervisor. So I had a bit more time this morning to get the weekly weigh in video done. I'm on quite a streak on working those weekly weigh in videos. I've only missed one week so far this year.      Today was the first day back from “vacation”. And today went surprisingly smoothly. Today was the day before Memorial Day. And it was quite quiet for a day before a major holiday. And also there has been more than one time where the the first day back from vacation I've had moments of extreme anger flash up. But today was really quite ...

I did get a chance to stand on the scale before work, but after work Roommate and I went to see the new Dungeons and Dragons movie. And it was very entertaining. Action was fun, visual effects were amazing, but the writing? Wooofff. I don't remember the last time I laughed that hard in a movie theater, but I don't think I was laughing at the things that they were wanting me to laugh at. The actors did what they could with what they were given, but if someone like ME can see plot twists and turns before they can happen and determine the antagonists plan before their reveal, there's something wrong with the movie. It also tended to rely heavily on exposition to explain the characters backgrounds and what their motivations are. An...
