Weight: 337.2 lbs ( 139.7 kg) BMI: 43.3 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Taco Chili Cheese Curl Chips Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Month 10 (Day 301) Dang that was a jump on the scale. I'm thinking about getting back into Keto. I'm not going to jump immediately back into it as I still have several boxes of Hamburger Helper (not sponsored) and some other Non-Keto meals that are going to be the cheaper options. I don't think that I'll start up the Keto Count until Roommate goes back to work, but I am going to try to buy and eat more meat biased meals. I'm just going to have to research some cheaper dinners. Of course I say that and then at lunch I buy some cheese curls The weight is still 13.8 lbs (6.3 kg) down from last year and 8.27 lbs (3.75 kg) down from average, but still it is frustrating that all of that progress over the last couple of months was wiped out so quickly...

Spent all day thinking that I'm going to get back into the daily blog thing. I was scheduled to work at noon to 9 this evening, closing the customer service desk instead of the normal 11am to 8pm as Supervisor. So I had a bit more time this morning to get the weekly weigh in video done. I'm on quite a streak on working those weekly weigh in videos. I've only missed one week so far this year.

Today was the first day back from “vacation”. And today went surprisingly smoothly. Today was the day before Memorial Day. And it was quite quiet for a day before a major holiday. And also there has been more than one time where the the first day back from vacation I've had moments of extreme anger flash up. But today was really quite chill.

I got a quite a long way into a paragraph how the store did a “here catch training strategy” on some of my coworkers to get some more supervisors. But I really don't want this to be a blog where I just complain about work.

I wasn't as productive last week as I was wanting to be. I got most of June's recipe videos made, but I didn't get any of the blog posts, various other videos, or much of the house cleaning that I was wanting to get done. But I'm trying to focus on the thought that I did get three quarters of the recipe videos done for next month and I did get most of the living room cleaned up. And I did get a meal plan together for this week.

Kind of proud of myself that I was able to spend an entire day without buying any more food or soda. It feels like a strange brag, but this is the main drain on my finances. I keep buying a fridge/freezer full of food, but then keep buying stuff for lunch as well as spending WAY too much on energy shots and soda. The first half of work I kept feeling the habitual drive to pick up an energy shot, I drove it off with the fact that I drank most of a pot of coffee before work, and I wasn't feeling tired I was just fighting the habit of the energy shot.

For lunch I came home for some of the AI inspired Beef Soup that I made a video of a while ago. Today was the first bowl of it that I had of it, unfortunately the beef chunks were really tough and chewy. Good flavor, but I think it would have been better with ground beef instead of the stew beef that the recipe had called for. When I was home for lunch the scale was beeping that it had low battery. The funny thing was that I was so good at convincing myself to not buy any more food or soda after work I forgot to get new batteries for it so I had to drive back to the store after work to get some.

This is going to be posted after midnight, but only because I worked later in the evening than I normally would have and had to run back to the store before it closed. So I'm going to still call it good enough for the daily blog.
