I thought I had beaten that goal. Happiness isn't a number on the scale, but progress is a great motivator. I didn't get the post done last night as I closed the service desk and it was close to 10 by the time I got home and after baking a pork loin it would have just been a “Mark Whines About Work” Post. And I worked earlier today than I normally do so I was trying to get to bed. It was still well after midnight by the time I fell asleep. All it had was a list of the utilities. (Internet, Electricity, Gas, and Water.) The totals and then halved that added in the half of the rent and left it on Roommates Table. When he got up this afternoon I expected a reaction. He was absolutely incensed. He refused to have any sort of conversation at all about it. He asked why he should pay anything. I even moved it around to make sure that there wasn't anything stuck underneath it. I think I can go ahead and say that I beat the “progress goal” and I'm about a pound or two away from no longer being Morbidly Obese! I'm sorry, “severe obese” because people got offended by the “morbid” in the title “morbidly obese” Really annoyed at the waist being up. That's up to where it was at the beginning of the year so that projection is flat.  Wow today was not a very productive day. I just sat here at the computer staring at spreadsheets.
