Weight: 338.8 lbs ( 153.7 kg) BMI: 43.5 Waist: 56 in (142.2 cm) WtHr: 75.7% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Fathead Lasagna   Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster Peachy Keen Sober Month 6 (Day 190) Had a hard time waking up this morning. I just kind of sat here at the computer counting down the time until I had to go to work. I worked Noon to Nine closing the Customer Service Desk instead of the normal 11a-8pm Supervisor shift that I usually do. I drank an entire pot of coffee, but I'm just sitting here zoned out. I had thought a couple of times that I need to get a plan together for what I'm going to cook on Tuesday for the weekly lunch. But then I zone back out. First half of the day went really smoothly. Not sure if I should write this down. This is being logged at lunch. I worked a 3:5 split so I went to lunch at 3pm and will have to work 4 to 9. The challenge of the first half of today was that I wasn't supervisor I was s...

Weight: 340.4 lbs ( 152.9 kg) BMI: 43.7 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Strip Steak and Eggs Lunch: Keto Clam Chowder Dinner: Mac and Cheese and Smoked Sausages Drinks: Salted Coffee with butter, 5 Hour Energy Shot, Sugar Free Red Bull Sober Month 6 (Day 181?) I really need to get back to the diet. I've been sober since December, so yay Six Months sober. Not that I haven't been...Thirsty, from time to time. But I just have a hard time sticking to the diet. April really was the best weight loss progress month, but then May stayed really flat, and then June really tracked up really quickly. I haven't been at 340 since March and that average hadn't been since February. And today was the first time since February that I was over the average for the year. Another thing with getting back to the diet is Mind/Body/Spirit. Yeah, my feet, ankles, and knees are yelling at me by the end of the day. But I'm just getting off of work and just collapsing at my...

Weight: 340.4 lbs ( 154.4 kg) BMI: 43.7 Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm) WtHr: 77% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Southwestern Style Detox Soup Dinner: Chuck Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Keto Week 1 (Day 13) Sober Month 2 (Day 74) Really good trend on the weight loss. A little annoyed by the waist being up an inch for the day. As today is the first of the month it kind of throws off the average for the month. I got into a bit of a rant that went on for a bit too long that was distracted by the waist being up. But everything is going down. Body water is going up. Again I'm thinking that fat is breaking down into water weight. I did some rough math and made some goals for the body composition chart according to my phone's app. It looks like the body muscle weight should be about 71.5 lbs (32.4 kg) I'm currently at 103.3 lbs (46.9 kg) But I'm not sure if having too much muscle is a bad thing though. It looks like the Fat Weight should be...

Getting Money Spending Money Keto/Sobriety Blog Feb 25, 2025

Weight: 340.2 lbs ( 154.3 kg) BMI: 43.7 Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm) WtHr: 77% Breakfast: X Lunch: Baked Chicken Dinner: Cheeseburger Patties, BBQ Pork Rinds Drinks: Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull Keto Week 1 (Day 9) Sober Month 2 (Day 70) Had a pretty good drop in the weight this morning. It is always nice when you wake up and have to poop. Always satisfying to poop before weighing in. It is a bit odd because I usually have to poo AFTER I weigh in. Of course after I have breakfast and a pot of coffee. So reweighing in would be pointless. And now that the post has started off on that brown note, I have to say that the waist is kind of down as well. It's closer to 56.75 inches (144.1 cm), but I round to the closest half inch (1.27 cm). I didn't have time for breakfast this morning. Roommate had to go to his daily clinic. I was going to do grocery shopping while he was going to his appointment. I was going to go to the 30th street store, but they were al...

Weight: 340.6 lbs (154.5 kg) BMI: 43.7 Waist: 56.5 in (143.5 cm) WtHr: 76.4% Breakfast: Burger King Eggnormous Burrito Meal Lunch: Stroganoff Casserole Dinner: Strip Steak Drinks: Couple cans of Kroger Seltzer Watermelon, Kroger Energy Shot, Sugar Free Rockstar, 900 ml water Sober Day 2 All morning I keep opening up tabs and closing them again. I really do want to avoid Social Media, but that's going to be a hard habit to break. Trucker Roommate was able to collect on some rather large boxes of Kit-Kat candy bars. Not exactly something I could have on my diet, but I decided that my sister's kids would like some candy. Not the most Ketogenic breakfast, but was on the way home from sister's house and didn't have time to cook properly. I did take my vitamins this morning, but didn't get a chance to get in any coffee and did feel that for the first half of work. Really felt worthless all day at work. Another day where I feel like I'm just waiting for the da...

Imaginary Fees Were Just Imaginary Daily Blog January 19, 2023

Weight: 340.2 lbs ( 154.3 kg) BMI: 43.7 Waist: 56 in ( 142.2 cm) WtHr: 75.7% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Cabbage Soup Dinner: Baked Chicken Drinks: Tap water      Okay, going back down. I was getting discouraged by the ups. Mom is leaving encouraging comments on my Facebook posts, and I've been bad at replying to them. They are appreciated, I'm just not sure of what to say to respond to them.      Went by the tag office this morning and they were able to fix the title for my car. They just stapled an “Affidavit of Correction” to the title. And they did it for free! I was so scared that I'd get the response of, “Yeah, we can fix it, but you'll have to pay the three years of back registrations and get insurance, and late fees, and the fee fees and the other fees.” But no it was just a matter of getting a piece of paper stapled to the old title. The look on the face of the lady at the tag office was kind of funny when I breathed out a, “Oh, tha...

Weight: 340.6 lbs ( 154.5 kg) BMI: 43.7 Waist: 56 in ( 142.2 cm) WtHr: 76% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Hamburger Sausage Alfredo Dinner: Baked Chicken Drinks: Pot of coffee, Tap water    Not worried about being back over 340 lbs (154.2 kg) I'd say that 0.8 pounds (.36 kg) is close enough for daily weight fluctuations. Especially since some sites say that daily fluctuations can range up to 5 to 10 pounds (2.3- 4.5 kg) in a single day.     Now I'm REALLY annoyed with Avast. My bank account was charged again, even though I had canceled all of my subscriptions to them. I'm not sure of someone had snagged my debit card number or if there's subscriptions that aren't showing up on my Avast account. There doesn't seem to have any way to contact Avast on their site so I went to the bank to dispute the charge. Lady at the bank said that the charge was still pending so we can't dispute it yet. She said that it might just fall off on its own. I doubt that it will...

Broke the Diet January 6, 2023

Weight: 340.2 lbs (154.3 kg) BMI: 43.7 Waist: 56 in (142.2 cm) WtHr: 76.4% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: X Dinner: Spaghetti Drinks: 1/2 Pot of coffee      I'm seeing that drinking a 2 liter of soda before bed is a bad idea. I still need to drink more water, but I didn't have a headache like last time I couldn't sleep. I was still flopping like a beached fish.       Coffee is burning my tongue. Maybe drinking it too fast. I'm drinking the coffee like I used to drink beer. I finish a cup of coffee, and immediately get up and pour another cup of coffee. When I had beer I would finish a can and then immediately get up and grab another can. I'm not sure if I'm just trading one addiction for another, but I'm betting that coffee is healthier than beer.       Took time to help Grandma take down Christmas decorations. It was quite awkward working on them. I was taking her decorations down while she was at her brot...

Arguing With Cognitive Dissonance Daily Blog January 5, 2023

Weight: 340.4 lbs (154.4 kg) BMI: 43.7 Waist: 56. (142.2 cm) WtHr: 76.4% Breakfast: x Lunch: Hot Dogs Dinner: Baked chicken Drinks: 5 hour energy shot, 1L sparkling water, 2L Big K diet soda      Didn't take time to eat breakfast, I needed to run to the bank to see what's up with my debit card. Still kind of annoyed that I'm not under 340 lbs (154.2 kg) but getting close!       When I went by the bank to see what's up with my debit card. And I'm more than a little annoyed by Avast antivirus. Apparently they had an automatic renewal charge on my account. And they didn't send me an announcement that they were going to charge me until I got an email saying that the payment was unsuccessful. As I was unaware that I had a charge coming up I didn't budget for it. And as I didn't have money in the account for the charge and I have a “Fresh Start” loan on my account I don't have overdraft privileges right now. So the payment was rejected. ...

Withdraw or Dehydration Daily Blog 1-3-2023

Weight: 340.2 lbs (154.3 kg) BMI: 43.7 Waist: 56.5 (143.5 cm) WtHr: 76.4% Breakfast: Bacon and fried eggs Lunch: Queso soup Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: pot of coffee Being down almost four pounds (just under 2 kilos) over a single day is one heck of a way to start the day!      Had a hard time getting to sleep last night. But that might have been the 2L of diet soda I had before bed. I had a headache, it wasn't splitting or overly agonizing. It was just very distracting. As I was flopping around I looked up some of the withdraw symptoms of some of the things I'm trying to quit. And fun fact. Both Alcohol and Carbohydrate withdraw include disrupted sleep and headaches. (A bit unfair that both of the addictions that I wish to fight have so many of the same symptoms) But again I'm not sure if the trouble getting to sleep was various withdraws, or a 2L of soda right before bed. And the headache might have been the withdraws or because of dehydration because the only...
