I just kind of sat here at the computer counting down the time until I had to go to work. I worked Noon to Nine closing the Customer Service Desk instead of the normal 11a-8pm Supervisor shift that I usually do. I drank an entire pot of coffee, but I'm just sitting here zoned out. I had thought a couple of times that I need to get a plan together for what I'm going to cook on Tuesday for the weekly lunch. But then I zone back out. First half of the day went really smoothly. Not sure if I should write this down. This is being logged at lunch. I worked a 3:5 split so I went to lunch at 3pm and will have to work 4 to 9. Sure there will be daily fluctuations, but weight being up makes one wonder of the decisions of the day before and being down is a great reinforcement of the lifestyle. But being the same as the previous day? What does that mean? Hey, at least the waist is down and so is the fat weight on the watch scan. I was a bit scared for a moment when I came downstairs in the morning. Yesterday was warm enough to turn off the heater and open up the windows. Still thinking that it's just water weight and daily fluctuations. But it's nice to be back under 330 Spent the morning trying to get the dishes done. Having a hard time getting momentum going. I feel considerably better mentally and emotionally, but I keep finding myself back sitting at the computer staring at YouTube. I keep telling myself that I'm just going to start a queue of interesting videos to have background noise while I'm doing housecleaning. The problem is that they're interesting videos. Trying to get house cleaned up because Roommate is coming home tomorrow and it wouldn't be fair to him to have him work for an entire month just to come in for home time and have him come home...

I'm not sure if that makes much difference in much, but I thought it would be good to point out in case anyone gets confused by the sudden switch in the steaks that I'll be eating for the next week or so. (laughing at myself for typing that like anyone actually reads these)        Had a slow start to the morning. Woke up a bit late and it took a bit of convincing to get up and moving.
