I woke up at 8am and just kind of laid there for most of the 9 O'clock hour. Again, I wasn't sick or feeling ill, I just really had to fight against the idea of laying around on my day off. It's my day off I should just relax. But then I knew that if I didn't do anything I'd get frustrated that I didn't do anything on my day off. Weight was up a bit, but within the regular fluctuations. I worked on a script for the store story video for this week. But did seem to spend a lot of time just kind of sitting around. I'm trying to convince myself that sitting around on a day off isn't a bad thing. I...

Much Better Than Yesterday 8-30-2022

It was a continuation of yesterday's allergy issues. And all day long I had a voice like I smoke three packs a day. This is on top of a voice that no one can hear on a normal day. But when I got to work I put on a mask and that massively helped with my symptoms. I didn't bother with a mask yesterday and I felt like re-fried dog poo. So that proves, to me at least, that a face mask helps with my allergy symptoms. Someone saw that I was wearing a mask and asked me if I was sick. I told him that the mask helps with my allergies. He just sneered at me, “That's just all in your head.” Yeah, genius where do you think my sinuses are?   ...

Weight: 355.8 lbs (161.4 kg) BMI: 45.7 Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm) WtHr 77% Breakfast: Lunch: Top Loin Steak Dinner: Slow Cooker Chuck Roast, Mac and cheese    CORRECTION: The last couple of days I've been mentioning that I had a lot of KC Strip Steaks, I looked over these again and they are actually Top Loin Steaks. I'm not sure if that makes much difference in much, but I thought it would be good to point out in case anyone gets confused by the sudden switch in the steaks that I'll be eating for the next week or so. (laughing at myself for typing that like anyone actually reads these)        Had a slow start to the morning. Woke up a bit late and it took a bit of convincing to get up and moving. Not that I felt bad, it's just that it was nice to lay in bed and scroll though the phone. I've heard that a lot of people don't keep their phones near their beds.
