I actually moved my scale around to make sure that there wasn't anything underneath it. The watch scan says that there was a pretty big drop in muscle, but there was also a big drop in water weight. Which makes since because of the last couple of days. Somehow the snow makes the cold a bit more bearable. Cold without snow is just bleah. But with the snow coming down it kind of makes sense. I'm still very ready for spring. But if it has to be winter, let there be snow to make it look like winter. Last night I was playing Minecraft with Roommate and he asked me why I had put the latex gloves on. I told him that it was because of the dry skin on my hands. He said that might not be a good idea because I'm going to want something that lets my skin breathe. He was telling me that his bandage on his leg is designed to let the skin breathe. And the suggestions that I've came across say to wear cotton socks/gloves to keep warmth and moisture in. But...

Not feeling bad, or “down” just really, really tired. I'm blaming the weather. It was pretty dark and gloomy today. And the days have been kind of mushing together again. My left foot really has not been happy. Had a hard time getting the thoughts together. It was really quite distracting that the weight was up so much today. It shouldn't be a surprise that I weighed more today than I did last week as I overate on Mac and cheese and chicken breast last night for dinner. It is a frustration that once again I was up a rather large amount in the day I weighed in and it put me over the previous weigh in just a little bit. Today I was up 4.8 pounds for the day, but only 1.6 pounds for the week. Last time this happened I was up 5.8 pounds in one day and it put me up 2.2 pounds for that week. Started off being up two pounds from the previous day. And then the guy who came to pick up my car pointed out that I signed the wrong place on my cars title so he couldn't take the car. I basically signed the title as the buyer AND the seller. Tow guy said that I'd have to have an attorney look at it before it could be towed off. He left with a, “Have a nice day” so I was unsure if that meant that he was sending someone to settle it or if I had to contact a lawyer myself which I definitely don't have the money for. My sister told me that I'd just have to go to the tag office and they can fix it, by either printing a new title or some other way. She assured me that it wouldn't cost very much, which is good because I really don't have very much. The concern I have wit...

Interesting that each day this year that I stuck to my Keto diet the next day I weighed less than I did before. But the day after I gave into a craving for pasta I weighed about a pound and a half (almost 3/4 of a kilo) more than I did before. Not that long ago the phrase “Correlation does not imply causation” was going around the internet. And I know that there will be ups and downs in daily weigh ins, but it is still interesting the day after I ate WAY too much pasta I ended up having the first weigh in that I weighed more than I did the day before.
