So won't be able to say much in this post. But good to see the weight finally go in the right direction. Didn't track time very well this morning so I didn't have time to cook anything for lunch today. So I grabbed some hot dogs, pork rinds, and queso for lunch. I don't know why it took so long for me to try the combination of pork rinds and queso. There was a crazy lady at the store. She spent about four hours shopping up two whole cart loads of groceries with two little children I feel bad for the kids trapped in the cart with the crazy lady. People were saying that her children were running around throwing stuff into her cart. When she finally ...

Good drop in weight today. We'll see if that continues

Trying to think of anything to say. But when I got home my brain just shut down. Today went really smoothly.

The store has a promotion for $5 dozen donuts and someone had bought several dozen for the break room. I know that I shouldn't have, but I had a couple of them during my 15 minute break as I had worked a 5:3 split today. Having donuts resets the Keto Kount. I thought about not saying anything, because nobody would know if I didn't tell anybody. But a lie of omission is still a lie, and I'd just be lying to myself. I did grab some sour cream for the Gumbo, and that did turn out to be a good combination.

There were quite a few screaming children. There was one kid, who seemed to be about 5 sitting in a cart shivering and screeching like a thing possessed. I shouldn't judge because I don't know their story, and I don't have children so I don't have the authority to tell others how to raise their children. But I do know that the four of us didn't act like that when we were little. I don't know if this thought is related, but I do have an idea of why there are so many people that just don't know how to live and are so helpless with their children. Again, not an expert, so this might be just talking nonsense. But we have latchkey kids, raising latchkey kids, who were raised by latchkey kids. For the last three generations we have to have poor people go to work and not raise their children properly. I heard of a herd of elephants that consisted of elephants that were rescued from a “circus” (heavy quotations on calling what they went through a circus) but they just didn't socialize with each other very well until an older properly socialized elephant was introduced into the group to, as the presenter said, “Beat their asses into shape”. I don't know if I remember that anecdote correctly or wrote that out very well, I am quite tired after work.

Also had a strange moment when a lady came in and begged for food. We don't give out food. There are numerous stories online where people were fired for giving out food, even food that was already being thrown out. I felt like trash insisting on it, but we can not give away food. I told her about the Salvation Army and Food Bank that is several blocks away. She insisted that they wouldn't help her. I'm sorry, but if a charity can't help you, a business isn't going to help you.

Roommate sent me video clips of the Minecraft Mods that he loaded into his realms so I thought that he was wanting to play Minecraft when I got home, but he just played Call of Duty all night. Dinner was really easy, I just threw some bratwurst into the oven to bake for a bit.
