It wasn't that busy at work in matters of numbers of people coming through, but in the way that people came through. People just spent all day seemingly in panic mode. Weight: 353 lbs BMI: 45.3 Waist: 57 WtHR: 77% Breakfast: bacon and eggs, can of Mt Dew Major Melon zero Lunch: Kraft mac and cheese Dinner: T-bone, Black & Blueberry Sparkling Water Soda: 2x sparkling waters over the day.      kinda fun to try to restart this on a Sunday that lands on the first of the month. I really wasn't planing that. Didn't really plan on this at all, I was just sitting at my computer while my bacon cooked and I remembered that I had this project before.      Lunch wasn't even kind of keto, but I haven't been paying attention to my food reserves and although I do have a lot of frozen chicken, steaks, and somehow a bit of frozen chicken; I don't have a whole lot of the individual servings of the soups or casseroles that I want to bring to work with me.
