Weight: 338.8 lbs ( 153.7 kg) BMI: 43.5 Waist: 56 in (142.2 cm) WtHr: 75.7% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Fathead Lasagna   Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster Peachy Keen Sober Month 6 (Day 190) Had a hard time waking up this morning. I just kind of sat here at the computer counting down the time until I had to go to work. I worked Noon to Nine closing the Customer Service Desk instead of the normal 11a-8pm Supervisor shift that I usually do. I drank an entire pot of coffee, but I'm just sitting here zoned out. I had thought a couple of times that I need to get a plan together for what I'm going to cook on Tuesday for the weekly lunch. But then I zone back out. First half of the day went really smoothly. Not sure if I should write this down. This is being logged at lunch. I worked a 3:5 split so I went to lunch at 3pm and will have to work 4 to 9. The challenge of the first half of today was that I wasn't supervisor I was s...

Whining About Work Daily Sobriety Blog Jan 19, 2025

W eight: 348.2 lbs ( 157.9 kg) BMI: 44.7 Waist: 58 in (148.6 cm) WtHr: 78.4% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Johnsonville Jalapeno Cheddar Smoked Sausages, Pork Rinds, Onion Dip Dinner: Cheesy Kielbasa Potatoes Drinks: Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Kroger Energy Shot, Diet Arizona Lemonade Tea, Sugar Free Red Bull Sober Month 1 (Day 34) YMCA: X I didn't get a chance to record this mornings Weekly Weigh In as Roommate woke up earlier than I did. That was probably because of the kid next door. I swear that kid sounds like he's wearing combat boots and running laps around the adjoining wall between our apartments. I get that kids have a lot of energy and it's cold as ass outside so they're not going to be playing outside. But it's a constant, “thump, thump, thump, thump” from one end of the room and then, “thump, thump, thump, thump” to the other side of the room. And then up and down the stairs. Just all day, every day. They've been driving Roommate crazy because t...

Editing Spreadsheets For New Years Eve Keto/Sobriety Blog Dec 31, 2024

Weight: 346.8 lbs ( 157.6 kg) BMI: 44.5 Waist: 58 in (147.3 cm) WtHr: 78.4% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Bratwursts Dinner: Grilled Pork Steaks Drinks: Salted Coffee, Sugar Free Monster, Kroger Seltzer,Sugar Free Red Bull, Rockstar Focus Sober Week 2 (Day 15) YMCA: X Two full weeks sober, hadn't done that since July. And broke that streak on Independence Day at Day 19? I think. Day 19 was the last day I started a blog, I don't know if I had started that blog post in the morning and in the evening just decided to buy beer for the Forth of July. But I do have to say that I haven't been mentally or physically craving beer. Doritos hell yeah, but not really beer or alcohol. The real fight has been against habit. When I get off of work, or do the grocery shopping there's the beer sitting right there. Or the days off, like yesterday, I'll sit around thinking that I hadn't bought the beer yet. Spent a lot of time updating the spreadsheets for 2025. It is real...

Kind of a boring day October 19, 2022

Weight: 355.4 lbs (161.2 kg) BMI: 45.6 Waist: 58 in (147.3 cm) WtHR: 78.4% Breakfast: Bacon Lunch: Goulash Dinner: Pork Steak/ Mac and cheese Drinks: several cans of Coke, Pepsi, and Big K Diet sodas, Kroger energy shot, Sparkling water Overcooked the bacon a bit, but at least this time I didn't almost burn the house down. Work was okay, we actually had everyone show up today. Still understaffed like crazy. Was oddly crazy busy. I don't know why it's been so busy this last week or so. The only thing that I can think of is that now that autumn is in full swing the sun is starting to do down earlier and when people see the sun going down they freak out and run to the store. Even though the store is open till 10 every night. But that's just how people think/act. I know that the Mac and cheese is about the opposite for the Keto diet that I keep saying that I want to be doing. But I was planning on using some boneless chicken thighs that I had left over from the last t...

Weight: 361.6 lbs ( 164 kg) BMI: 46.4 Waist: 58 in ( 147.3 cm) WtHR: 78.3% Breakfast: Leftover Pork Steak Lunch: Johnsonville Jalapeno Cheddar Sausages, Sugar Free Rockstar energy Dinner: BBQ Roast Drinks: 2 L diet Mt Dew, several cans of Pepsi Zero Wild cherry, attempt at a bouillon tea      I'll admit that I only ate the pork steak breakfast because it was sitting there from last night. The microwave didn't do the steak very many favors. It tasted good, but it was all kinds of dried out. I now have bits of meat stuck in my teeth      I think I figured out the source of these damn flies. And probably why my kitchen smells like rancid pee. A week or so ago I made a rack of ribs in the Instant Pot and I'm just now getting around to doing the dishes; I really need to do dishes a lot more often. This once a week or waiting until all of the forks and plates are used up really is just breeding flies and bad smells.      But...

Weight: 351.6 lbs (159.2 kg) BMI: 45.1 Waist: 58 in (147.3 cm) WtHr: 78% Breakfast: Egg Stuff Lunch: “” Dinner: Nachos Soda: Diet Pepsi mood: relived I did NOT sleep well last night. I wrote that I drank a 2 liter of Pepsi zero on yesterday's blog, but after I posted that I drank the better part of a 2 liter of diet Pepsi, and WOW. I flipped and flopped until probably 4 in the morning. I really need to stop drinking pop. The money I withdrew from my stocks landed in my checking account before the checks I wrote to pay my electric and gas bills last week. That was my main concern for the last week or two. Sure I technically had enough in my checking account to account for those two checks. But it was getting TIGHT. It got so tight I had even suspended my YouTube plus subscription. I thought about turning it back on, but no watching a month of ads on YouTube is going to be my punishment for letting my finances get so bad. Made a video on how to make Egg Stu...

Car is Fixed (?) Daily Blog 4-27-21

Weight: 355.4 lbs (161.2 kg) BMI: 45.6 Waist: 58 in (147.3 cm) WtHR 78% Breakfast:x Lunch: Taco Bell Crunch wrap, taco, Doritos Taco with spicy Ranch, Baja Mt Dew Dinner: Ribs Snack: Corn Chips and Queso Man I need to get these dishes done. They are seriously reeking up my house.      Taco Bell for lunch really wasn't on the meal plan. But I do have to say that the Doritos taco with spicy ranch dressing is dangerously good.      Got my car oil change done. I took it to a local garage instead of back to the dealership. Last oil change I took it to the dealership and it took them five or six hours to do the change because they "don't follow their online appointments". But this only took about an hour or so to get my car in and oil changed. I also had them do a check on the engine.       The last couple of months the engine just sounded rough as hell. It sounded like it had a bad throat or something. When the mechanic looked at th...

April 23, 2021 Getting Back into It

Weight: 352.0 lbs (159.7 kg) BMI: 45.2 Waist: 58 in (147.3 cm) WtHR 78% Breakfast: Kroger Shells and cheese Lunch: 4 Piece Deli Baked Chicken, Sugar Free Monster Dinner: KC Strip Steak, 6pk Bud Light Had another one of those phase out periods where I just coasted along with life. This is a source of frustration for me. There are so many things that I want to do, have to do, need to do, but I just fall back into a vegetative like state where I'm either staring zombie style at my computer while YouTube plays or lumbering around the store at work. And I'm getting back into the frustrated mood where I feel like I'm waking up to go to work and then going back to bed to wake up to go back to work. And working at a grocery store is frustrating because it's impossible to tell yesterday from last week from six months ago from six years ago. Everyday I go back to work, stand around seeming waiting to go home and start over the next day. I really do want to be doing the...

March 10, 2021 Tired and Feet Hurt

Weight: 358.0 lbs (162.4 kg) BMI: 46.0 Waist: 58 in (147.3 cm) WtHR: 78% Breakfast: Bacon, Eggs, Coffee Lunch: Deli 4pc Baked Chicken, Deli Mac and Cheese, Sugar Free Rockstar Dinner: Hot Dogs, 1 Bottle Modelo (My roommate is a bad influence lol) Soda:      Dr Pepper 20oz      5 Hour Energy Shot: 2 (not at the same time) Writing this after work and I got off at 11pm. A bit tired to come up with much to say. I realize that not all of my blog posts are going to be massive walls of texts. Something I do have to say is that my knees, shins, ankles, heels, and arches are really reminding me about that diet that I want to be on. I have a 1 liter bottle of ice that I keep in the freezer for my feet. I haven't had to use it for a while though. I wonder if my feet hurt because I was running the self checkout today. No matter where I work at the store I am always on my feet, but there is a difference from standing in one spot for five hours an...
