I just kind of sat here at the computer counting down the time until I had to go to work. I worked Noon to Nine closing the Customer Service Desk instead of the normal 11a-8pm Supervisor shift that I usually do. I drank an entire pot of coffee, but I'm just sitting here zoned out. I had thought a couple of times that I need to get a plan together for what I'm going to cook on Tuesday for the weekly lunch. But then I zone back out. First half of the day went really smoothly. Not sure if I should write this down. This is being logged at lunch. I worked a 3:5 split so I went to lunch at 3pm and will have to work 4 to 9. Sober Week 2 (Day 15)

Two full weeks sober, hadn't done that since July. And broke that streak on Independence Day at Day 19? I think. Day 19 was the last day I started a blog, I don't know if I had started that blog post in the morning and in the evening just decided to buy beer for the Forth of July. But I do have to say that I haven't been mentally or physically craving beer. Doritos hell yeah, but not really beer or alcohol. The real fight has been against habit. When I get off of work, or do the grocery shopping there's the beer sitting right there. Or the days off, like yesterday, I'll sit around thinking that I hadn't bought the beer yet.

Spent a lot of time updating the spreadsheets for 2025. It is really discouraged to have a daily weigh in, but doing the daily blog, spreadsheets, tracking, etc. Really keeps me on track. I can see how it could be overwhelming for some, but I really do love seeing the data over time. A frustration that I'm seeing though is that some of my spreadsheets track back to 2014. Yeah, I've been trying to lose weight for the last 10 years. I'm trying not to think about that too much. But there's definitely a wrong way trend on the history of trying to lose weight.

Cutting this short because I spent way too much time with the spreadsheets and editing a recipe video to do much else. But I did have a good day on the diet. I was closer to carnivore today, going to focus on closer to Ketovore in the new year. But carnivore works too. 

Had a lot of energy drinks today. But still tired close to midnight. I'll be able to see in the New Year, but I don't feel like I'm wired and bouncing off of the walls or anything.  

Baked Bratwursts for lunch.

New Years tradition has me grilling pork steaks.
