So that was the weight that I had labeled the “Progress Goal” as that is the weight that I started with so any weight lower than that is finally making progress. It is kind of funny that the Spreadsheet titled “Full Weight Loss and Projection” shows a completely flat line for the projection for the rest of the year as the weight is the exact weight as the beginning back in 2014. It was surprisingly slow today for being a Sunday with a big weather change come through. The desire to move out of my current apartment has grown exponentially over the last couple of days. I was going to try to talk to Roommate about it as I really didn't want it to feel like a rug pull. Something evolved this evening. I don't know if I care about his feelings anymore. I'm going to talk to Mom about her expectations if I were to move back in with her.

Up 4.7 lbs (2.1 kg) from yesterday. I didn't think that I even ate/drank five pounds worth of anything yesterday. I was scheduled to work 11am to 7pm today. And strangely I was scheduled to have a half hour lunch today so I didn't have the time to run home to have lunch so I had some of the Johnsonville Jalapeno Cheddar Smoked Sausages (not sponsored)  Interestingly my feet and knees didn't hurt like the last couple of times I had those during the lunch break. And only 2.7 lbs (1.2 kg) from the “progress goal” of 314.8 lbs (142.8 kg), the weight where I started keeping track back in 2014 And if I'm looking at things right the 52.5 inch (133.4 cm) waist measurement is the lowest recorded on this blog. Sleep just didn't happen. Google says that Keto Insomnia is a known phenomenon that can last up to four weeks. That would suck. I really don't want to flop around until March. Today was higher than yesterday's, but still considerably lower than the average for the year. I was down 5.4 lbs (2.4 kg) yesterday compared to the day before, I'm not going to be bothered by being up one pound (0.45 kg) today. Since I didn't wake up very well before work I only had a single cup of salted coffee. I was able to have the regular Bacon and Eggs.
