Weight: 335.2 lbs ( 152.0 kg) BMI: 43 Waist: 56.5 in (143.5 cm) WtHr: 76.4% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Johnsonville Jalapeno Cheddar Sausages Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Red Bull, Sugar Free Monster, Kroger Energy Shot Keto Week 2 (Day 19) Sober Month 2 (Day 80) Wow, that was a drop. I actually moved my scale around to make sure that there wasn't anything underneath it. The watch scan says that there was a pretty big drop in muscle, but there was also a big drop in water weight. Which makes since because of the last couple of days. Weight: 345 lbs ( 156.5 kg) BMI: 44.3 Waist: 57.5 in (147.3 cm) WtHr: 77.7% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Snack: Savage Slim Jim Lunch: AI Cheesy Sausage Spinach Bake Dinner: Rib Eye Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Propel Berry, Sugar Free Red Bull Keto Week 1 (Day 8) Sober Month 1 (Day 47) I was a Rotisserie Chicken again until about 4am. Sleep just didn't happen. Google says that Keto Insomnia is a known phenomenon that can last up to four weeks. That would suck. I really don't want to flop around until March. Today was higher than yesterday's, but still considerably lower than the average for the year. I was down 5.4 lbs (2.4 kg) yesterday compared to the day before, I'm not going to be bothered by being up one pound (0.45 kg) today. Since I didn't wake up very well before work I only had a single cup of salted coffee. I was able to have the regular Bacon and Eggs. I worked a 3/5 split today as well so my lunch was at 4pm instead of the usual 3pm. As t...

Waistline is making progress, but it's hard to get as excited about the waist as it is the weight. I keep reminding myself that, “Happiness is not a number on the scale, or the measuring tape” Happiness would be standing up without having to build up the courage to brace for the oncoming pain in the feet. That was probably because of the kid next door. I swear that kid sounds like he's wearing combat boots and running laps around the adjoining wall between our apartments. I get that kids have a lot of energy and it's cold as ass outside so they're not going to be playing outside.
