Weight: 338.8 lbs ( 153.7 kg) BMI: 43.5 Waist: 56 in (142.2 cm) WtHr: 75.7% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Fathead Lasagna   Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster Peachy Keen Sober Month 6 (Day 190) Had a hard time waking up this morning. I just kind of sat here at the computer counting down the time until I had to go to work. I worked Noon to Nine closing the Customer Service Desk instead of the normal 11a-8pm Supervisor shift that I usually do. I drank an entire pot of coffee, but I'm just sitting here zoned out. I had thought a couple of times that I need to get a plan together for what I'm going to cook on Tuesday for the weekly lunch. But then I zone back out. First half of the day went really smoothly. Not sure if I should write this down. This is being logged at lunch. I worked a 3:5 split so I went to lunch at 3pm and will have to work 4 to 9. Weight: 330.4 lbs ( 151.2 kg) BMI: 42.4 Waist: 55.5 in ( 141 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Taco Casserole Dinner: Corned Beef With Mac and Cheese Drinks: Pot of Coffee, 2L Big K Dr K zero,      I was really exited when I first stood on the scale this morning, the first glance weigh in showed 325 lbs (147.4 kg) but the display was flickering again. That usually means that there was something caught under the foot pads of the scale.     Today was another day where I just could not get anything done. I did get the third recipe video edited and scheduled for release. But it was one of those days where I find myself just sitting here at the computer realizing that it was several hours since I last caught myself just sitting here at the computer.      I did manage to get some clarified butter done like I've been wanting to do for a while. Weight: 330.4 (149.9 kg) Waist: 54 (137.2 cm) BMI: 41.3 Breakfast: Pot of Coffee Lunch: Deli Fried Chicken Dinner: Grilled Pork Steak with ranch dressing and shredded cheese Finally got around to doing a Sunday weigh in video. It was a bit of a roller coaster. Started off a bit frustrated that I haven't made a “weekly” weigh in video, but the coffee started kicking in and then I stated getting all hopeful. I talk a bit about my financial problems. I am going to get a fresh start loan tomorrow and I'm thinking of using this occasion for a bit of a “soft reboot” for my life. I keep thinking about what would have happened if it were more than just my phone breaking. I was able to upload a weight loss video didn't get around to uploading it until I got home from work. Grilled up a couple of pork steaks for dinner because I still haven't made a meal plan for the week. I don't work until late tomorrow afternoon and I slept a lot better last night...
