Weight: 317.5 lbs ( 144.0 kg) BMI: 40.8 Waist: 53 in ( 134.6 cm) WtHr: 71.6% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs   Lunch: Paleo Keto Gumbo   Dinner: Hormel Pork Loin Lemon Garlic Drinks: Salted Apple Cider Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Monster Sober Year 1 (Day 456) (heh, 456) Keto Week 2 (Day 19) (63/365 Days 2026 Keto) I was able to record a video before work. And I spent a lot of the evening after work editing it. So a lot of the mental energy went into that. It's not a lot of editing to do it's just getting rid of the “um's and uh's” throughout the video. My videos are really just me talking to the camera. I should be able to upload it tomorrow before work if not then it'll be up after work. I was eager to try to get that video done because I had received an email from Patreon saying that since my account had been idle for so long it is about to be “unpublished” I have yet to get anybody to sign up for my Patreon and I doubt that I ever will, but it definitely won't ...

Weight: 327.6 lbs (147.7 kg) BMI: 42.1 Waist: 54.5 in (138.4 cm) WtHr: 73.6% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: 4x Bar-S Jumbo Jumbos Dinner: Queso Soup Drinks: Kroger Seltzer Original, Pot of Coffee Black, 12oz Sugar Free Monster Energy, Powerade Zero Orange, 2x Kroger Energy Shot, Couple cups of water Sober Day 6 It's kind of creepy to weigh the exact same as the day before. Was able to take inventory before work and got a meal plan together. The “Dinner” list looks kind of funny because it's just Rib-eyes over and over. But I didn't have room in my freezer for all of them. Didn't have time to defrost the freezer and wow there was a lot of ice built up. I'll try to defrost it after work. Noticed that I was out of Chili. I don't usually run out of chili, I usually have some variety of chili. Sometimes multiple varieties. I'm going to have to fix that but then again I might want to wait until the freezer is a little less full. I was almost late for work...

Tired Waking Up and Tired After Work Daily Keto/Sobriety Diet June 20, 2024

Weight: 327.6 lbs (147.7 kg) BMI: 42.1 Waist: 54.5 in (138.4 cm) WtHr: 73.6% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Bar-S Jumbo Jumbos Dinner: Ribeye Drinks: Kroger Seltzer Original, Couple cups of Coffee Black, 12oz Sugar Free Monster Energy, Powerade Zero Orange, 2x Kroger Energy Shot, Couple of the large cups of water that the store provides Sober Day 5 Strange feeling waking up today. Physically well rested, but mind is tired. Hard to explain. Roommate went out back to the road today. I usually tease him about the rent money but I had to get to work. I'm just glad that I got through downtown before they closed Main Street. Apparently they're going to have a “Smallville Festival” downtown over the next couple of days. Roommate was very vocal about how much he hates everything to do with that. But then again listing things that he DOESN'T hate would be a considerably shorter list. I was kind of naughty for lunch. And bought some Jumbo Jumbo hot dogs. I'm sure that I ...

Weight: 327.6 lbs ( 148.6 kg) BMI: 42.1 Waist: 54 in ( 137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Southwest Style Chicken “Detox” Soup Dinner: Pork Steaks with ranch dressing Drinks: Pot of Coffee,~3600ml water      Grrr ½ pound (0.2 kg) away from the lowest weight so far this year. And that's just switching from diet soda and sparkling water to coffee and tap water. Oh and getting the hell away from beer. Even the “”Low Carb”” stuff. I think my body is getting used to the extra water that I'm drinking, or I got most of that water weight out. Woke up with a bit of a headache and stiff muscles this morning, but it went away as I got up and moving. Wondering if it's more “Keto Flu” or maybe time to invest in a new bedding. The box springs is kind of broken down. Or maybe it's because I'm 36 years old and that's just what mornings are like for someone in their mid 30's      Tried a new flavor of coffee, I usually buy the “Breakfast Blend” ...
