Weight: 325.6 lbs ( 147.7 kg) BMI: 41.8 Waist: 54 in (137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: AI Chili Dinner: Cheeseburger Patties Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 368) Keto Day 7 I worked 10am to 7pm a little earlier than I normally do so I had to eat breakfast in a bit of a hurry. I had woke up slowly and was just kind of puttering around I noticed that it was getting on a little past 9am while I was cooking breakfast and that would have been a little more than an hour before I started getting really ready for work as I had already showered. And then I realized that, “Oh yeah, I work early today!” I'm glad that I figured that out at 9:23 and not 10:05 when they would have been calling me asking where I was. I did have time to eat breakfast properly, but I didn't have time to drink all of the coffee that I would have. Weight: 361.6 lbs ( 164 kg) BMI: 46.4 Waist: 58 in ( 147.3 cm) WtHR: 78.3% Breakfast: Leftover Pork Steak Lunch: Johnsonville Jalapeno Cheddar Sausages, Sugar Free Rockstar energy Dinner: BBQ Roast Drinks: 2 L diet Mt Dew, several cans of Pepsi Zero Wild cherry, attempt at a bouillon tea      I'll admit that I only ate the pork steak breakfast because it was sitting there from last night. The microwave didn't do the steak very many favors. It tasted good, but it was all kinds of dried out. I now have bits of meat stuck in my teeth      I think I figured out the source of these damn flies. And probably why my kitchen smells like rancid pee. A week or so ago I made a rack of ribs in the Instant Pot and I'm just now getting around to doing the dishes; I really need to do dishes a lot more often. This once a week or waiting until all of the forks and plates are used up really is just breeding flies and bad smells.      But...
