Weight: 336.4 lbs ( 152.6 kg) BMI: 43.2 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Low Carb Jambalaya   Dinner: Hamburger Helper Cheesy Italian Shells Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Month 10 (Day 302) Today is going to feel weird. I'm scheduled 10:30 to 7:30. But what is really strange is that they have me scheduled to work five and half hours and before lunch and then two and a half hours after lunch. It's nice to have a long first half, but coming back to work for basically the length of a feature film seems pointless. Transferring Money into the savings accounts this morning because today is payday. I have to say that was kind of exciting. I did debate wither to go ahead and leave myself the weekly allowance this morning or wait until after work to transfer and just spend what I like today and just save the rest. Weight: 361.6 lbs ( 164 kg) BMI: 46.4 Waist: 58 in ( 147.3 cm) WtHR: 78.3% Breakfast: Leftover Pork Steak Lunch: Johnsonville Jalapeno Cheddar Sausages, Sugar Free Rockstar energy Dinner: BBQ Roast Drinks: 2 L diet Mt Dew, several cans of Pepsi Zero Wild cherry, attempt at a bouillon tea      I'll admit that I only ate the pork steak breakfast because it was sitting there from last night. The microwave didn't do the steak very many favors. It tasted good, but it was all kinds of dried out. I now have bits of meat stuck in my teeth      I think I figured out the source of these damn flies. And probably why my kitchen smells like rancid pee. A week or so ago I made a rack of ribs in the Instant Pot and I'm just now getting around to doing the dishes; I really need to do dishes a lot more often. This once a week or waiting until all of the forks and plates are used up really is just breeding flies and bad smells.      But...
