Weight: 333.4 lbs ( 151.2 kg) BMI: 42.8 Waist: 54 in (137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Snack: Savage Slim Jim Lunch: Fried Chicken, Kroger Sour Cream Onion Chips Dinner: Tuna Helper Cheesy Noodles, Corn Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull Sober Month 10 (Day 305) Woke up in a pretty chill mood. And most of the day I was pretty chill. I love this kind of weather. Sure it's dark and gloomy, but it's just so calm. I was supervisor all day, but I kept sneaking outside whenever I could. Just to get out and breathe. There were a couple of people that complained about it, but considering that it's late October and we still haven't had a hard freeze. I'll take it. It was really disappointing going to work as just as I got there I was told that one of the carryouts was sent home because he was suffering from seizures, one carryout No-Called-No-Showed, the one carryout that showed up was one of the mentally disabled ...

Weight 357.6 BMI: 45.9 Waist: 57.5 WtHr: 78% Breakfast: -X- slept in Lunch: Italian Sandwich from deli (sans bread) Sugar Free Monster Energy Dinner: Grilled Cheddar Bratwursts, Ranch dressing (used as a condiment) 12 pk Corona Hard Seltzer   I've heard (several times, from multiple sources) that skipping breakfast is a way to continue the state of “fasting” which is a way that your body relies on its fat deposits. But lately, to be honest, I've been just lingering in bed until I determine that I've laid in bed long enough and I really need to get up. I really need to get more motivated in my life. I have so many things that I want to do, and work on. There really isn't a valid excuse for me to not do anything until I have to go to work. But when I did finally did get up I thought I would try this project again.  For my “lunch break” (which was at around 3pm). I had an Italian sandwich that the deli has for sell.
