It would be nice if that continued. Didn't really do much before work. I worked 10:30 to 7:30. So it was a bit early for me to work. Not early enough to effect me much other than counting down how much time was left before I had to go to work. Mom prepared Breakfast this morning. She told me that she felt guilty for not cooking dinner last night, but she wasn't feeling well. She's been having some serious sinus issues lately. As I had threw away the last of the Apple Cider Vinegar yesterday I just had the coffee straight this morning. It tasted quite bitter. I'm used to having the sourness of th...

Weight: 307.9 lbs ( 139.6 kg) BMI: 39.5 Waist: 52 in ( 132.1 cm) WtHr: 70.3% Breakfast: Sausage Eggs and Cheese Lunch: Pork Steak Dinner: Rib Eye Drinks: Apple Cider Vinegar Coffee, Monster, Sparkling Water, Kroger Energy Shot Sober Year 1 (Day 520) Keto Month 2 (Day 83) (133/365 Days 2026 Keto) I didn't get the Weight Loss Update Video done for the week. I recorded the moment of standing on the scale, but didn't get the vlog part of it done. I did think about doing it after work this evening. But considering the store story video took about 9 hours to edit a 8 minute video I didn't think that I would have time to get it done. And I definitely wouldn't have time to do a video and a blog post. Mom cooked sausage patties with some eggs and cheese this morning for breakfast. She cooks the sausage patties better than I do. I imagine that she has a bit more practice than I do. I did get the pork steak baked for the lunch break, it was pretty close to the time I had t...

Brain and body just weren't as tired as my mind. Weight is up, but not going to worry too much about 0.1 lbs Baked a pork loin before work for lunch. That might be two lunches in that lunchbox. Mom offered to take a pork steak out of the freezer for me. She said that she and Step-Dad will be done eating long before I get home so I can grill it myself. I was a bit annoyed by my phone as it wasn't perfectly on the charge plate last night so when I woke up this at 7am morning it was only 45% charged. When I put it on the charge plate it said that it'd take just over three to charge....

(That was a joke) Mom did tease me about staying in my room all of the time. “Mark you did move into the entire house, not just the bedroom” Well, that's just where the computer is. And it's not like I'm just staring at the wall. I am actually working on things. Not quite as much as I would have liked to have gotten done, but I do feel li...
