I didn't get the post done last night as I had opened a new savings account for “House Savings” and since I got off late last night I spent all night before bed re-balancing budgets and spreadsheets as I personally am not a member of congress so I can't just blame an opposing party for all of my financial problems. (That was a joke) Mom did tease me about staying in my room all of the time. “Mark you did move into the entire house, not just the bedroom” Well, that's just where the computer is. And it's not like I'm just staring at the wall. I am actually working on things. Not quite as much as I would have liked to have gotten done, but I do feel like I'm making progress on things

Really the main frustration moving back in with Mom is that the computer chair that I've been using for the last 7 or 8 years had finally given up the ghost. It looks like a screw came out of the back of the chair so the back of the chair is just flopping around. Last night when I got off of work I had pulled out an extra $200 as browsing Amazon (not sponsored) I found a new chair that will come out to just under $200 since Mom and Step-Dad have Amazon Prime they get free shipping so I figured that I'd them to order the new chair. I was surprised when Step-Dad said that he'd accept me paying him back for ordering the chair. I was prepared to pay him, but was expecting him to turn it down. However he offered to help fix the chair as I did see the spot where the screw came out. There is a black box over the lever adjusting the back and the screw was found inside of that box. And he had a wrench that held hex screw heads so that was fixed and saved a good chunk of money and time as I don't have to repay him to order a new chair and don't have to wait for the chair to come in. I had asked if he wanted to order a small carpet so the computer chair wouldn't be carving up the floor. But he said that the floor was supposed to be indestructible (Mom scoffed at that.) But that will allow me to put that $200 back into the bank.

I took the second pork steak that I cooked a couple of days ago into work for lunch. Mom said that she'd take some of her pork steaks out to thaw so the three of us will have pork steaks for dinner. I'll never turn down a pork steak, it is just kind of funny to have lunch and dinner being the same thing. Again, never going to complain about free food. I should have brought a knife with me as trying to eat that lunch pork steak with only a plastic fork was a bit of a pain.

I did remember to take some chicken out of the freezer to put into the fridge for the lunch tomorrow. I'll have to see if I can wake up early enough to cook it before work. 

What is really concerning is that when I got home I put the watch on it's charging pad and plugged in the phone. The watch started charging, but the phone did not. I tried several wall outlets, a couple of charge boxes, a few charge cables, but none of them allowed the phone to charge. I plugged in the ear buds and they did charge, but my phone did not. It was at 25% battery so I'll turn it off for tonight and go into Verizon (not sponsored) in the morning. I'm hoping that they have a charging pad or something. I'm really praying that I don't have to buy a whole new phone. I just paid this one off. Ironically because I was going to link my phone to the internet service that I used to have. Really glad that I didn't end up doing that. But I would be really irritated if I had to set up a payment plan on a new phone only a couple of months after paying off this phone.
