First Day Back from Vacation Daily Blog May 28, 2023

W eight: 331.8 lbs ( 150.5 kg) BMI: 42.6 Waist: 57 in ( 144.8 cm) WtHr: 77% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: AI Beef Soup Dinner: Baked Chicken Drinks: most of a pot of coffee, ~3600 ml water             Spent all day thinking that I'm going to get back into the daily blog thing. I was scheduled to work at noon to 9 this evening, closing the customer service desk instead of the normal 11am to 8pm as Supervisor. So I had a bit more time this morning to get the weekly weigh in video done. I'm on quite a streak on working those weekly weigh in videos. I've only missed one week so far this year.      Today was the first day back from “vacation”. And today went surprisingly smoothly. Today was the day before Memorial Day. And it was quite quiet for a day before a major holiday. And also there has been more than one time where the the first day back from vacation I've had moments of extreme anger flash up. I did get a chance to stand on the scale before work, but after work Roommate and I went to see the new Dungeons and Dragons movie. And it was very entertaining. Action was fun, visual effects were amazing, but the writing? Wooofff. I don't remember the last time I laughed that hard in a movie theater, but I don't think I was laughing at the things that they were wanting me to laugh at. The actors did what they could with what they were given, but if someone like ME can see plot twists and turns before they can happen and determine the antagonists plan before their reveal, there's something wrong with the movie. It also tended to rely heavily on exposition to explain the characters backgrounds and what their motivations are. An
