Weight: 303.5 lbs ( 137.7 kg) BMI: 39.0 Waist: 52.5 in ( 133.4 cm) WtHr: 70.9% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Johnsonville Double Cheddar Smoked Sausages, Pork Rinds Dinner: Swedish Meatballs Drinks: Apple Cider Salted Coffee, Monster, Sparkling Water, 1.25 L Coke Zero Sober Year 1 (Day 531) Keto Month 3 (Day 94) (144/365 Days 2026 Keto) Great number on the scale this morning. A new record over the last 12 years. Only 16.5 lbs (7.5 kg) away from the lowest weight on record. Saying “Only” in that context seems silly writing it out, but so far I'm down 18 lbs (8.2 kg) since the beginning of the year and down 28.7 lbs (13 kg) from this day last year. I'm making some rocking progress on the scale, but I seemed to have lost the tape measure again so I'm not sure how the waistline is doing. I just carried over the number as that isn't a very dynamic number. I still would like to find it so I can measure properly. I worked 9-6 today so I was going to try to wake up ear...

Weight: 351 lbs ( 159.2 kg) BMI: 45.1 Waist: 58.5 in (148.6 cm) WtHr: 79.1% Breakfast: Egg Stuff Lunch: Baked Chicken Dinner: Baked Chicken with Rice Drinks: Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Kroger Energy Shot, Sober Month 1 (Day 35) YMCA: X Woke up this morning with a bit of a headache that just kind of lingered all day. Not bad enough to effect (affect?) me too much. But it did seem to drain my energy though. The temperature outside can only politely be described as REALLY FUCKING COLD. It's been snowing off and on. They were saying that they're only expecting a dusting to a trace, or wait, a trace to an inch or wait 1 to 2 inches. They seem to have a hard time deciding how much were supposed to get, but it is Kansas. I wont hate on anybody trying to predict Kansas Weather. It's so cold outside it's even cold sitting here at the computer. I even had to put on a sweatshirt to sit here next to these giant windows that I have in my living room. W eight: 351 lbs ( 159.2 kg) BMI: 45.1 Waist: 58 in (147.3 cm) WtHr: 78.4% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Fajita Soup with sour cream Dinner: Slow Cooked Chuck Roast with mushroom Gravy, Green Beans, Salad Drinks: Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Rockstar Sober Week 3 (Day 24) YMCA: X The Sleep record this morning showed something interesting. I did get to bed on time, more or less, and it didn't take me long to fall asleep. But the sleep record said I didn't fall asleep until almost 2 in the morning. I have a guess as to what might make the phone think that I was awake for so long. I'm thinking that it might be because I had set the phone to play some space documentaries to listen to while I drifted off. And I think that the phone saw that I was "watching YouTube videos" instead of being asleep. Clearly the phone was playing videos, and if the phone is playing a video I have to be watching it, right? There's no way I could be asleep while "watchi...

Weight: 351.0 lbs ( 159.2 kg) BMI: 45.1 Waist: 58 in ( 147.3 cm) WtHR: 78.4% Breakfast: Bacon Lunch: Artichoke Bacon Chicken Soup Dinner: Baked Chicken Drinks: coffee with cream Had to do a bit more dishes before I could cook breakfast. Running low on bacon. The call I was expecting discussing the scores for my computer skills test came as an email. The data entry scores were quite high, which makes sense for someone who has been a cashier for WAY too long. The words per minute was at 29 net wpm. Which is not great, but not terrible. My Excel knowledge was at 71% which kind of bummed me out because a 71% is a C- score, but the lady with the HR group said that the scores aren't “A,B,C,D” and a 71% is really quite good. And I scored 81% on my MS Word quiz. Which I feel is a good score either way. This afternoon I helped change some light bulbs for Grandma. I live in a very blessed family. Everyone I know always complains about their interactions with their family, but I have y...
