Back On Track Daily Blog February 10, 2023

Weight: 327.2 lbs ( 148.4 kg) BMI: 42 Waist: 54 in ( 137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs with salsa Lunch: Cabbage Soup Snack: Hamburger Sausage Broccoli Alfredo Dinner: Baked Chicken Drinks: Pot of coffee, ~3600 ml water      Oh, good the smart watch is broken. The face wont turn on, the buttons don't seem to do anything, and it wont connect to the phone. But do you know what does work on it? The alarm -_- I'll be glad when this winter is over. It's never really bothered me before, but this cold is really starting to get annoying. It just keeps going. Oh well, I'm sure I'll be complaining about the heat soon enough Back down to last months' lowest weight. GOODBYE ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS. Looking at the graph of the weight over the year is interesting though. Last month there was a real sharp downwards trend from the 18 th to the 25 th . And that's when I started buying diet sodas and from time to time buying beer. And it gradually climbed.

Sagging Gut Daily Blog January 24, 2023

Weight: 329.4 lbs ( 149.4 kg) BMI: 42.3 Waist: 55 in ( 139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Hamburger Sausage Alfredo Dinner: St Louis Style Pork Ribs (baked) Drinks: Pot of coffee, Tap water      Excited to still be under the goal. Haven't updated that goal just yet. I have 10 pound milestones and it is still too close to the 330 (149.7 kg) goal to be satisfied that I am past that goal. Waist is still in the mid fifties, but I noticed myself lifting up on the gut because it seems to be resting on the area under the gut more often. So it does seem to be making progress, (which I do appreciate) it'd just be nice if that progress was in the circumference and not just in the slack. I can measure the circumference, I don't know how to measure the sagging of the gut.      Breakfast again was bacon and eggs. This is four strips of bacon and three fried eggs. I'm kind of getting tired of fried eggs. I was only able to eat two of the eggs. “Tired of Bac

Technically Under The Goal Daily Blog January 23, 2023

Weight: 328 lbs ( 148.8 kg) BMI: 42.1 Waist: 55.5 in ( 141 cm) WtHr: 75% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Hamburger Sausage Alfredo Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: couple cups of coffee, Tap water    I am at a loss for words for this mornings weigh in. I'm technically under my current goal of 330lbs (149.7 kg) But with daily fluctuations I'm not going to call myself past that goal just yet. I went and looked over my YouTube playlist to see when the last time I was under 330 lbs and it was back in early 2019. And going over that playlist it looks like 330 lbs is a long time hurdle for me. But that's just looking at the thumbnails of the videos. Starting out it looks like I was 314.8 (142.8 kg) back in 2014 and it would be nice to get back to that starting weight. I just can't believe that I'm already down 17.4 pounds (6.5 kg) already! I'm sure that this isn't going to be a sustained rate, but good LORD it's a good start to the year.      Not losing much

A goal without a timeline is just a dream – Robert Herjavec Daily Blog January 20, 2023

Weight: 337.4 lbs ( 153 kg) BMI: 43.3 Waist: 55.5 in ( 141 cm) WtHr: 75% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Hamburger Sausage Alfredo Dinner: Baked Chicken Drinks: ½ pot of coffee, Tap water      Much, much better. I know that fluctuations happen, and fluctuations mean weight will go up AND down. And that's kind of the thing with daily weigh ins. And I know that I'm still in the upper 330's so a daily weigh in could get back up above 340 (140.2 kg) still kind of frustrating to be up above what I saw as the previous goal. Current goal is 330 (159.7 kg) Long term goal is 169 lbs <heh nice> (76.7 kg) And I know that it's going to be quite a while before I see that long term goal, but goals are important. The short term goals are going to be ten pounds each. Not quite sure of the timeline of the goals. I don't want to push an unrealistic timeline, but "a goal without a timeline is just a dream" – Robert Herjavec      A quick google search says th

Weight: 339.8 lbs ( 154.1 kg) BMI: 43.6 Waist: 55 in ( 139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon Lunch: Broccoli Hamburger Sausage Alfredo Dinner: Pork Steak, Boxed Mac and cheese Drinks: Coffee, Mango Seltzer Water      Just bacon and coffee for breakfast today, ran out of eggs I'll have to pick up some tomorrow when I do my grocery shopping. The price of eggs are starting to become a meme. My sister-in-law had some chickens and I was going to get the guts to ask her if I could buy some eggs from her, but Mom told me that a raccoon got into her chicken coop and enjoyed some “Chicken tartare”      I didn't have to work until 1pm that's two extra hours to get house cleaned up to do another recipe video tomorrow after I get groceries. That is if I ever get up and doing anything. Got most of the dishes done, I'll try to convince myself to finish them when I get home from work. (spoiler alert, no)      While I was doing dishes I had YouTube going as background nois

Weight: 340.6 lbs ( 154.5 kg) BMI: 43.7 Waist: 56 in ( 142.2 cm) WtHr: 76% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Hamburger Sausage Alfredo Dinner: Baked Chicken Drinks: Pot of coffee, Tap water    Not worried about being back over 340 lbs (154.2 kg) I'd say that 0.8 pounds (.36 kg) is close enough for daily weight fluctuations. Especially since some sites say that daily fluctuations can range up to 5 to 10 pounds (2.3- 4.5 kg) in a single day.     Now I'm REALLY annoyed with Avast. My bank account was charged again, even though I had canceled all of my subscriptions to them. I'm not sure of someone had snagged my debit card number or if there's subscriptions that aren't showing up on my Avast account. There doesn't seem to have any way to contact Avast on their site so I went to the bank to dispute the charge. Lady at the bank said that the charge was still pending so we can't dispute it yet. She said that it might just fall off on its own. I doubt that it will
